Pros:

Das ausgezeichnete Frühstück insbesondere daspersonal morgens wie Osman Erkan ein fabelhaftes gutenmorgen Empfang
Alles sehr frisch es ist immer so viel das man nie alles essen kann und jeden Morgen wieder soviel
Das Essen in Zoi Restaurant ist mindestens Michelin Stern wert anders kann man das nicht beschreiben

К сожалению, впечатление от отдыха было испорчено. Приехав в другую страну, хотелось расслабиться и насладиться отпуском, но из-за грязного номера настроение сразу испортилось. В комнате было грязно, унитаз был совсем не вымыт, поэтому даже не хотелось принимать душ и отдыхать. Очень жаль, ведь персонал здесь приветливый, а кухня действительно отличная. Надеюсь, администрация обратит внимание на качество уборки номеров.

Вежливый, доброжелательный персонал.

Cons:

В номере кондиционер направлен прям на кровать и плохо регулируется, было холодно. С открытым балконом - очень шумно. Номер не уютный: темный, сломанные ручки, размякший плинтус и пол у туалета.
На пляже лежаки очень неудобные, без матрасов. У ресторанов/баров рядом намного удобнее.

L’hôtel en travaux, toilettes cassées, vue sur jardin était une vue sur rue et travaux toiture et cable.

Premium Price, Dirty Bed Sheets, Zero Accountability - Avoid!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but given that I paid almost **€200 per night**, I feel it's important to share my experience.

This was the hotel I was most looking forward to during my trip. I had heard great things about the breakfast, and I was excited to experience what I expected would be a high-quality stay.

Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from the moment I checked in. When I entered my room, I noticed that the bed sheets were visibly dirty, with what looked like handprints and several red spots. For a hotel charging this price, this was completely unacceptable.

To make matters worse, neither the room phone nor the air conditioning was working, so I had to go down to reception in person. The manager was unavailable, and another staff member came to inspect the room. He acknowledged the dirty sheets but showed no apology or empathy. Instead, he simply stated that they would be changed. Whether this was due to a language barrier or poor customer service, it certainly did not feel like the level of hospitality expected from a hotel of this standard.

Two housekeeping staff then arrived with what appeared to be fresh sheets. However, upon closer inspection, those sheets were also dirty. It became apparent that this was not an isolated issue but a problem with the hotel's linen in general.

At that point, I no longer felt comfortable staying in the room and requested a full refund. I later spoke to the manager by phone, hoping for an apology or some acknowledgement of the situation. Instead, the main concern seemed to be asking me to vacate the room before 5 p.m. so it could be cleaned and sold to the next guest. There was no genuine apology or acceptance of responsibility.

Cleanliness is the absolute minimum expectation from any hotel, especially one charging premium rates. \

Excellent facilities and staff.
Pros:

Good location with nice pool and own beach area with sunbeds and umbrellas provided free of charge. Very friendly and helpful staff. Exceptional breakfasts.

Cons:

WiFi reception poor, which also meant we couldn’t watch tv news.

We had a fantastic stay at Uras Beach Hotel and would happily return.

The location is absolutely perfect, with the beach literally on your doorstep. Being able to walk straight from the hotel onto the beach made our stay incredibly relaxing and convenient. The loungers were excellent and made spending long days by the sea even more enjoyable.

The breakfast was next level – fresh, plentiful, and one of the highlights of our stay. Every morning was a treat.

The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Our room was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for a great stay.

An amazing beachfront hotel with great service, fantastic facilities, and an unbeatable location. We'll definitely be back!

Personnel serviable agréable et accommodant (sans demander de late Check out ils nous ont laissé quitter à notre rythme sans pression),les chambres etaient propres et plutôt confortables

Pas d’ascenseur mais l’hôtel n’est pas très grand et le personnel aide pour les bagages
