Excellent decor and staff.
Pros:

The cleanliness, art galleries, café, and staff were incredibly serviceable! I felt they understood my family’s needs and were very friendly and courteous with us.

Cons:

There was no space to accommodate our clothes inside the room. At least a closet or some drawers would be great.

Top - gerne wieder
Pros:

Das Hotel ist außergewöhnlich, überall Kunst. Das Personal ist ausnehmend freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten zwei unterschiedliche Zimmer, beide sehr gut. Das größere hat wirklich viel Platz auch für (zu) viel Gepäck. In der Nähe Konvinis und kleine Lokale. Im UG kann man sich auch hinsetzen und gekauftes Essen essen.

Cons:

Das WLAN war sehr schwach- für Teenies deutlich zu schlecht. Wie überall fehlen im Bad Haken oder Abstellmöglichkeiten für Handtücher und Kosmetik.

The best place to discover Tokyo away from the crowds
Pros:

Location: perfect to disxover the city and still enjoy tranquility in the mornings and evenings!
Decor: really unique and artsy, cozy and large rooms
Sevices: staff was really present and helpful
Cofee plaxe: really wonderful products (one of the best matchas we enjoyed during our japanese trip)

Cons:

Reception space: gets crowded often
Check-in/check-out: takes a bit too much time
