Pros:

Handy Parking available

Cons:

Asked 3 times using the Chat Bot for additional pillows for the bed, they never turned up over the 3 night stay.
There's nobody available to ask on site. Don't knkw why there weren't any spare in the wardrobe.
Also there's a kitchenette in the room but no cups plates or utensils. Only complete empty cupboards.

Hoffentlich wird es bald besser!
Pros:

Die Lage ist gut. Das Frühstück sehr gut auch der Frühstücksservice.

Cons:

Keine Rezeption. Check In nur digital. Das klappt anscheinend nicht immer eine Familie vor uns ist wieder 😞 abgereist. Fahrradgarage nicht zugänglich. Der QR Concergie hat die Frage nicht verstanden und die KI-Antwort war mehr als mangelhaft. Die Fahrräder nahmen wir mit aufs Zimmer. In der Dusche war der Seifenspender leer. Der Fernseher hat nur 4 nicht ansprechende Programme🤣🤣🤣

Cons:

das Bett für 2 Personen war ein Einzelbett plus Nachtkästchen als Untergrund, um die beiden wurde eine Einfassung gezimmert, der Teil distal des Nachtkästchens ein Brett, darauf eine Matratze!! sprich einer liegt auf einem Brett, ca 50 cm breit, der andere in einer Grube! unfassbar!!!

Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis mit Abstrichen
Pros:

Einfache und praktische Einrichtung - wie für einen Studenten. Guter Zimmerservice. Parken kostenlos im Parkhaus.

Cons:

Unangenehm lautes Personal im Frühstücksraum - die offen einsehbare Gästeliste geht gar nicht. Obst war beim Frühstück Mangelware. Da wurde nicht nachgelegt. Schade, denn die Auswahl am ersten Tag war bedeutend besser.

Die Idee, dass man als Gast Geschirr aus dem Aufenthaltsraum holen kann, ist gut. Dreckiges Geschirr wurde sogar aus dem Zimmer geholt. Aber am zweiten Tag fehlten Tassen und Gläser komplett.
Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss. Vor fast allen Fenstern standen über Nacht Kleintransporter. Das hieß auch, morgens wird es laut. Das günstige Hotel wird von Bauarbeitern genutzt.

Sehr tolles Frühstücksbuffet. Check-in-Automat mit Schlüsselkartendruck hat gut funktioniert.
Sehr nettes Personal.

Cons:

Dass wir ein Doppelzimmer mit Doppelbett buchen wollten und 2 Einzelbetten in 2 Räumen hatten. Es war bei der Buchung nicht ersichtlich.

Die Lage, Die Sauberkeit

Cons:

Einrichtung sehr spartan, wie Studentenheim,
Und dass kein Personal zum einchecken gab sondern alles automatisiert war ein bisschen umständig.
Außerdem die angebotene Ladestation für E Auto war nicht kompatibel mit meiner Firmenladekarte (BP) und auch den Getränkeautomat hat beim Kartenzahlung nicht funktioniert!
