You won’t regret it.
Pros:

Great location in Tenjin, close to the subway. The staff were helpful and friendly. The whole hotel was also very clean. Breakfast was good. The lobby theme was also very nice, with plenty of books that you could borrow.

Cons:

The room was a bit small but thats usual in Japan
