I have already recommended this hotel to our friends who are planning to visit Tokyo.
Pros:

The room was gigantic compared to the average hotel room in Tokyo, which made our stay very comfortable. The sound insulation between the bedroom and bathroom was also excellent, so when my husband got up to use the bathroom in the morning, it didn’t wake me up at all.

The bathroom was also impressively spacious, with both a separate shower and a bathtub. I especially loved that the toilet was separated from the main bathroom area. This was very convenient for two people staying together, since we could both get ready in the morning at the same time without having to fight over the bathroom!

The location was great as well. The nearest subway station is only about a 3-minute walk away, and Omotesando is also within walking distance. Aoyama is right nearby too, so there are plenty of great shops, restaurants, and cafes around the area.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and especially appreciated how spacious and thoughtfully designed the room was.

Cons:

There was no complimentary breakfast included.

We also experienced a level 5 earthquake during our stay. There was no alarm or speaker announcement, so we called the front desk for information. The staff was very nice and explained that the building was designed to withstand a level 7 earthquake and that it was safe to stay in the hotel. It would have been helpful to have an announcement or guidance for guests during the earthquake.

Exceeded Expectations. Every Detail Above and Beyond!
Pros:

Everything exceeded our expectations. The staff was helpful, lovely, and attentive to my food allergies. They remembered each morning how I would like my breakfast. Speaking of breakfast, both the view and the food were unreal. The room had every comfort one could think of. Such attention to detail at every turn! Bravo!

Very cool great views amazing loved!
Pros:

Could not have been happier. Our room had the best view. Really big too! Also the French toast at breakfast was perfect. Staff was super friendly - even the cleaning staff stood out as extra great!
