Very old, expensive and uncomfortable
Pros:

The location is good, close to the park and a 10 minute walk to the station

Cons:

The hotel is very very old
Very expensive for what they provide
The bathroom is very old and uncomfortable
To access the bathroom you need to climb a high step
Also, you cannot have the shower and the tap running water simultaneously!!!!!!!!

Check-out is at 10am and they do not provide luggage storage for free! You need to pay for the luggage storage!

The bed is very uncomfortable

Pros:

A good budget hotel in the centre of Okayama. Easy to get to and a comfortable stay.

Cons:

Was a bit old slightly outdated, but nothing inherently wrong with the place, and for the price you can't beat it!

よかったです
Pros:

景色もよく、スタッフさんの対応もよく家族での宿泊だったのですが、部屋のタオルじゃ足りないからと追加のタオルをいただけました。

Cons:

特にありませんが強いてゆうなら簡単な朝食バイキングなどあればいいのかなと思いました。

Bit inconvenient location for business use. Might be good if you are on a budget.
Pros:

I think it is a good place for a short budget restricted stay.

Cons:

It was bit far from Okayama station and not proper guidance could be obtained how to reach the station.
It was inconvenient to commute to my business office
