Special thanks to the front desk staff for helping me get a train ticket to Hue. The next time I visit Vietnam I will surely stay here again. But this time I will make sure to get a room with a direct view of the ocean not from the sides.
The room Ocean view details are not specific. So when booking a room that's non-refundable it's very hard to find out. Because the website does not tell you the full details of the room layout facing the ocean
The quality of the staff
There is no slop for carrying the luggage and the wheelchair for handicap

More variety at breakfast. Should be designated washers and dryers as we often had to wait to do our washing because the pool towels were being washed and dried in guest laundry.

We found it a bit inconvenient/odd that there no ramp and our luggage had to be manually hauled up the front flight of steps.
