Pros:

Staff muy amable, nos permitieron ocupar las habitaciones antes de tiempo ya que llegamos temprano.

Cons:

No es para nada un hotel boutique. Nos quedamos varias veces sin agua caliente y otra vez sin agua. Lo arreglaron rápido, tenía pinta de suceder a menudo. La limpieza es muy mejorable. El desayuno incluido es muy básico.

Habia una pequeña gotera que caía justo en la cama, pero no era la gran cosa, a lo mucho unas gotas sin nada que molestara realmente, es algo que fue por unos instantes y no toda la noche.

L'hotel si trova in una buona posizione, centrale e in una zona tranquilla e ricca di ristoranti e servizi.
Il personale è stato molto gentile e accogliente.

Cons:

Purtroppo la camera e il bagno non erano il massimo per la pulizia.

Pros:

La pozione era perfetta, vicino al centro ma lontano dalla baraonda.
Il prezzo è assolutamente ottimo.

Cons:

La camera ha bisogno di una grande ristrutturazione, lo stile è vecchio ma il problema sta nei cassetti che non si chiudono , la porta della doccia che non rimane chiusa e quindi fai la doccia con la porta aperta etc.
La pulizia abbastanza sommaria

Posizione, staff meraviglioso.

Cons:

Stanza piccola e cieca, zona armadio scomoda, no frigobar, letto king cortissimo, lenzuola e asciugamani bucati, dispenser sapone nella doccia non funzionante, pressione bassa. Non capisco le 5 stelle.

Photos are deceiving.
Pros:

The hotel was in a good location at the centre of San Cristobal. The bed was comfortable and the female servers in the breakfast area were efficient and kind. The breakfast was ok but a small selection.

Cons:

I felt a little let down by the tired decor and uninviting garden and rooftop. The hostel isn't as bright as the photos make out and came across as quite dingy. Our room was sandwiched between the maintenance area and the laundry room and their was constant noise throughout the morning and afternoon from the cleaning staff chatting and laughing and doing their jobs.

On the roof top its not a place where you can go to relax as the hotel use it as a drying the towel area. So unless you want 360 degree panoramic views of white cotton towels I wouldn't see this as a facility they offer. Again the garden area isn't useable because of the mountain of unwashed towels and sheets that spill out across the walkway and the busy pottering staff.

Staff gentilissimo e disponibile. Colazione molto buona e posizione perfetta per visitare San Cristobal. Tramite la struttura è possibile anche prenotare escursioni per le varie località del Chiapas.

Está cerca del centro las camas están comodas

Pedimos limpieza y no lo hicieron, no había jabón en el baño y apagan las luces en el pasillo nos dejan a total oscuridad a aparte no nos dieron la habitación que había reservado

Pros:

The staff is incredibly warm and kind! Also, everything is just very clean and well thought through. Finally, the rooftop terrace was amazing; the best view in the city and very peaceful.

Really small addition would be a hair dryer in the room
