Amazing staff and hotel
Pros:

The rooftop at sunset was lovely, the rooms were clean and the staff were really really friendly and with great English. Always smiling and happy to help. Would 100% recommend staying here for a relaxed and enjoyable stay only seconds from some of the main bars and restaurants

O Hotel fica localizado numa região bem central, a cama é boa e a limpeza também estava ok. Funcionários (principalmente o rapaz que ficava no período da manhã) muito atenciosos.

Cons:

O quarto era muito frio, não tinha aquecedor e não conseguimos dormir direito na primeira noite pelo frio. Falamos com a recepção pela manhã e a princípio nos disseram que não tinha o que fazer, mas depois conseguiram um aquecedor portátil para nos e a situação melhorou.
Tb não gostamos das escadas para subir e descer com malas.

O gerente Victor foi sensacional, desde antes da chegada até o auxílio para reservamos o transfer da partida. O hotel, em si, carecia de um pouco mais de cuidado na limpeza do nosso quarto. Porém eu acredito que eles fizeram o melhor possível, pois fizemos o Check-in antecipado, então eles limparam o quarto com bastante pressa. A localização é perfeita, muito próximo aos principais pontos. Tem um mini rooftop muito bacana para relaxar final de tarde.

We enjoyed our visit to the town, and the little issues in our rooms did not affect our enjoyment.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable and the location of the hotel is excellent. The included breakfast is limited but good. However, milk for your coffee is an extra charge.

Cons:

The whole place is just a bit tired and needs maintenance. In both of our rooms, the bathroom sink faucets were loose. The paint is peeling in the shower. The USB outlet on my side of the bed didn’t work.
