Our stay was pleasant and I would highly recommend York with high praise as a hotel of preference.
Pros:

Everything offered at York was exceptional!. All of the amenities were great! The entire staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooms were always fresh, clean, and equipped with everything needed to help make our stay comfortable. The breakfast buffet exceeded our expectations and the staff was very attentive. We loved that English speakers were accessible and informed us of a wonderful shopping plaza located in proximity less than a five minute walk. We felt safe the entire time and even sat outside the Plaza and enjoyed ice cream.

Cons:

There is nothing that really stands out other than us having to ask for assistance on TV functions. After instructions, everything went smoothly. We had no complaints on our part during our entire stay.

I like the room. The tech was broken, so I couldn't use Google Home to control the curtains, adjust the lights, or the climate control. The bathroom door was off track, so I couldn't close it. The vase/tray in the bathroom was partially broken.

Very well located hotel
Pros:

York Medellín is very well located. Staff was super nice and the rooms were clean and comfortable. They accommodated us as we asked (city view, far from the rooftop). Everything was very good.

Fantastic staff, fantastic experience at Hilton.
Pros:

Breakfast was ok. I missed more protein on my plate, but Juan Carlos made my experience fantastic.

Cons:

They have a beautiful rooftop on the 23rd floor with a cozy bar and fantastic view of Medellin. The only thing I didn't like was the closing time in the entire floor (10:00 pm). It will be nice to extend those hours until midnight. However, Robert the bartender was extremely nice and made feel welcome when I enter the bar. Thank you Robert for your friendly and professional attitude.

Cons:

Los motivos de mi reclamación son los siguientes:
1. Incumplimiento de reserva y logística: Al momento de mi llegada, las habitaciones no estaban listas. Además, las camas no coincidían con las dimensiones especificadas en mi reserva, siendo de un tamaño inferior al contratado.
2. Irregularidades en el cobro y tasa de cambio: El personal intentó aplicar un sobreprecio en el costo de la estancia utilizando una tasa de cambio injustificada y fuera de los parámetros legales, lo que constituye un intento de fraude.
3. Cargos exorbitantes en servicios: Se me realizó un cobro abusivo de 84 USD por un solo omelet en el desayuno, una cifra que carece de toda lógica comercial.
4. Penalización injusta: Debido al trato recibido y a las pésimas condiciones, decidí retirarme del establecimiento. No obstante, se me aplicó un cargo de 250 USD por "cancelación", cuando mi salida fue motivada por el incumplimiento de contrato por parte del hotel.
Considero que estos hechos son un atropello al consumidor y una falta de ética profesional. Solicito el reembolso inmediato del cargo por cancelación y una revisión de los cobros excesivos realizados.
Quedo a la espera de su respuesta y de la intervención de Booking para resolver este inconveniente a la mayor brevedad posible.

Great service and good rooms
Pros:

The members of staff were kind and fast to our requirements. I want to mention Andres and Dairi at reception were amazing. Robert at the bar always greeted us with a smile and a great cup of coffee.

Cons:

The food at the restaurant was not up to a hotel standards. Food choice was very basic.

Albergo bellissimo, super moderno, camera grande, con living e cabina armadio, letto comodissimo e bagno grande. Veramente uno degli alberghi più belli dove sia stata. Pulito e dotato di tutto il necessario. La camera è domotozzata ed è possibile aprire e chiudere le tende, accendere e spegnere la luce semplicemente utilizzando la voce. Bellissime le grandi finestre che davano sul versante della montagna. La colazione viene servita in un'ampia sala dotata di terrazza ed è molto abbondante e varia. Molto belli anche il rooftop e la piscina. Si trova in una zona residenziale, quindi bisogna mettere in conto che per spostarsi è necessario il taxi, ma trovandosi facilmente e a buon prezzo, non abbiamo avuto alcun tipo di problema.

Nulla, tutto perfetto.
