Reception staff very friendly and helpful.
La proximité de la gare de train. Le fait qu’il y ait un vrai déjeuner. Le personnel est très sympathique. Il y avait une employée qui parlait en français! Ils ont un appareil distributeur de yens pour de l’argent canadien, super pratique.

Purtroppo la posizione non è delle più comode. Risulta piuttosto distante dai principali punti di interesse e ogni spostamento richiede molto tempo, sia con i mezzi pubblici sia a piedi. Per visitare la città in modo pratico non è sicuramente la soluzione migliore.
Un altro aspetto che ci ha lasciato delusi è stato il servizio deposito bagagli dopo il check-out: abbiamo dovuto pagare 1000 yen per ogni bagaglio solo per lasciarlo alcune ore prima della partenza. Considerando il costo già sostenuto per il soggiorno, sarebbe stato un servizio che ci saremmo aspettati incluso.

If you want a modern hotel near the train station and in a quiet part of town this is your go to. Rooms are unique with a warehouse vibe but spotlessly clean and a very welcoming staff! Hotel has a 7-11 and lawson's right nearby for a $5 breakfast--if you know Japan's 7-11s you know. We walked to see the town and day or night it is very safe--always remembering to be aware of your surroundings as things ca happen anywhere but this big city is really nice in this former NYers opinoin.

Accueil du personnel au top. Après un long vol la personne nous a trouvé une chambre malgré notre arrivée en tout début d après midi. Très agréable de pouvoir se poser.

le personnel d’accueil vraiment professionel particulierement à la reception et au départ . jai eu quelques difficultées à mexpliquer en anglais ,et la personne à l’acceuil s’est de suite mise à me parler en francais pour me mettre à l’aise . très gentille et professionnelle . ma très bien conseiller pour me rendre à un endroit particulier.
