Great value
Pros:

Abi, the guy who looked after the hotel, was extremely helpful and friendly. He was very accommodating when I needed to extend my stay and offered me some helpful advice.

The hotel offered me exceptional value, at a cost of approximately £25-£30 per night, and provides all the basic facilities you need to a reasonable standard. There are two showers and two toilets provided. There is also a microwave which you can use to heat up food.

The bedrooms are secure and you get your own lock and key. I didn't encounter any noticeable dirt or grime, and the bedding looked quite clean. There is also a desk and chair provided.

Cons:

The hotel feels a bit worn down. There are a few marks in places, and one of the toilets wasn't secured to the floor properly, for example.

The shared toilets sometimes ran out of toilet paper later on in the night, so it would be nice if some more rolls would be provided. Also, as the toilets are shared, I sometimes ran into the mess left behind by other guests.

Pros:

It was clean at least. The shower always had hot water.

Cons:

I stayed 7 nights. The room was quite cold, the radiator didn't work for 4 nights. Worked only for 3 nights not hot but mild.

And the bed was too short. My legs were outside of the bed and duvet. So i crawled all night in bed. But overall i paid not much money so it was worth it.

The hotel owners need to step up.
Pros:

The Ethiopian receptionist was very resourceful. Props to him.

Cons:

It was unmaintained, and very old. Not as clean as the pictures show. Food was stolen by other people in the property and no compensation was done by the hotel at all.

Excellent
Pros:

Really enjoyed my stay. The staff were amazing. There is a gentleman who works there — I hope he forgives me for forgetting his name — but he was exceptionally kind, caring and attentive. He had a fantastic attitude and was very polite.
