Great stay, perfect location
Pros:

I really liked all the art and decor in the hotel. It felt very homey and comfortable. The room was small but very comfortable and high-tech. Everything could be done with a little iPad on the desk: lower your day curtains and blackout curtains (they were great by the way), turn on/off light and dimmers and select the color and mood for the bathroom light. Very well thought out. Coffee at breakfast was great, and actually made with a manual espresso machine. The hotel was within walking distance of all the major Smithsonian museum and the sushi bar on the roof too has a great view of the Capitol

Pros:

I have stayed at other citizenM hotels in other cities, and the one in DC also met my expectations. I really like the breakfast as always!!! The quality of the food is different from other hotels. The location is good too, walkable to many tourist spots. It's a good choice for those who travel alone.
