Continently located, nice amenities, clean and comfy hotel. Bring your own pillow though!
Pros:

Super conveniently located across the street from Shiomi subway station, no hills to climb except the ramp to get to the hotel. Rooms were clean and efficiently arranged. They had wonderful amenities (soaps, lotions, razors, toothbrushes, hair ties, you can even make custom bath salts). There is a family mart inside the hotel lobby which makes it even better!

Cons:

The pillows were the most awful things to sleep on.

Excellent stay at Hotel Kaie
Pros:

We absolutely loved every aspect of our stay at Hotel Kaie. The convenient location to the station, the nearby supermarket and a fantastic range of food options made it a perfect base for our week-long trip. The friendly and helpful staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Check-in and check-out were quick and using Airporter for our luggage forwarding made the process stress-free. Every morning we enjoyed delicious breakfasts. Overall, it was a wonderful home base and we truly appreciate Hotel Kaie for making our anniversary feel even more special.

Pros:

This is a very good hotel if you are going to Disneyland and is the perfect location as it is also only 7 minutes from Tokyo station. The rooms were very large, it was quiet despite being next to the train station, and very clean. We will stay here again.

Pros:

It's lovely but not much around the area and a bit of a nightmare to get to/from Tokyo central (shibuya) but otherwise, it's a very nice hotel. i'd rely on taxi's for ease of transport if you need to get back to the hotel quickly/late-night but otherwise, it's lovely.

非常に良いホテルを選んだと思いました。
Pros:

東京駅からも近く潮見駅の目の前で交通の便が良いのは◎スタッフの方々もテキパキと仕事をされていて気持ち良かったです。お部屋は綺麗に掃除されていてトイレとバスがセパレートだったのが嬉しい点でした。朝食も色んな種類の物が有りとても美味しかったです。

Cons:

チェックイン時に貰ったカードキーが反応せずすぐにお部屋に入れなかったのが唯一残念でした。エレベーター前にある電話で伝えるとすぐに駆けつけてくれたけれど疲れてたのでその点だけ残念でした。
