Pros:

This pub is much more than you can see from the road. The Pub has a great atmosphere and the service was friendly and welcoming. The food was exceptional and there was a great selection on the menu. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. We can't wait to return and explore the mountain and surrounding area. Thank you for your hospitality.

Superb!
Pros:

Jacqui gave us a wonderful welcome. The room was clean and comfortable. Huge comfy bed. Very clean. Our Welsh breakfast was excellent. Emma prepared us delicious breakfasts. The food was superb as was the service. We used the restaurant for our evening meals. We chose from the specials board. Excellent food, great menu choices and superb service from the staff.

Pros:

Es gibt hier absolut nichts auszusetzen, alle sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es ist sauber und gemütlich. Das Essen ist sehr lecker und das Frühstück gut.
Auf dem Parkplatz war immer viel Platz.
Die Lage ist ruhig.

Cons:

Um es noch besser zu machen, könnten Lademöglichkeiten mit USB-Stecker installiert werden.
Schade ist auch, dass am Montag der Pub geschlossen ist.

Lovely accommodation and ideal if heading into Cardiff.
Pros:

Lovely quiet location but close enough to Taffs Well Train Station if you want to head in to Cardiff. The room was clean and tidy and comfortable and the breakfast was lovely. Ample parking too.

Cons:

There was nothing that we didn't like. If you are looking for a busy town stay then this isn't it.

Pros:

Such a beautiful and friendly place, there's a reason it's so popular. Only a few rooms so you feel a bit special.

Cons:

Not really a complaint, just a note to other travelers. Be aware if you are going to Cardiff, you must drive, and there's not a lot else in the immediate area.

Nos gusto absolutamente todo, el lugar, las comodidades del alojamiento y la atención y el personal que nos atendió en forma excelente. También excelente la comida en cuanto a calidad y variedad. El desayuno también merece un párrafo aparte ya que es de primera en cuanto a calidad y cantidad y la atención de Emma es la mejor!!!
Rob y su esposa nos hicieron sentir como en casa, gracias!!!

Pros:

We were warm welcome on our arrival. Rob and his team looked after us very well. Rooms were very clean and breakfast was delicious.
It is a hidden gem not far from Cardiff. We loved our stay 10/10

Great and welcoming location travelling between St David's and Penzance
Pros:

The atmosphere was great both the setting and the way it looked as well as the people. A good friendly pub which locals obviously like. Dinner was fine and service great. We didn't do breakfast as the heat wave and distance to Penzance meant we went off pretty early

Cons:

Only a little thing but the TV remote didn't really work well from the bed and took a while and some help to understand that

Fabulous pub and staff
Pros:

Everything about it!
Lovely old pub, great atmosphere, well stocked bar, delicious food,
really friendly and helpful staff, huge comfortable bed. Special thanks to Sophie and Emma who made us feel so welcome. Great, rural feeling location, but with Cardiff Castle only 6 miles away.

Cons:

Small shower cubicle made it quite awkward to shave my legs, but the good pressure and water temperature made up for it.
