部屋のエアコンセットや細かな清掃をするととても良いと思います。
Pros:

全体的にキレイだった。
また、部屋のトラブル等で連絡した際には非常に丁寧にご対応いただけ、安心感がありました。

Cons:

部屋に入ったら蒸し風呂状態で、部屋が異常なほど暑かった。
エアコンを付けたが、快適な室温になるまで2時間ほどかかった。
さすがに真夏はエアコンを付けておいてもらいたかった。
また、お風呂の換気扇のフィルターがあまりキレイに見えなかった。
この金額であれば隅々まで清掃を行き届かせてほしかった。

附近有7-11、全家、超商、麥當勞跟肯德基，距離車站也很近，超級方便，附近環境蠻安靜的，不用怕吵！房間設施也很不錯，下次再來東京會再選擇入住！

Very comfortable location which is ideal for someone self sufficient and is staying for more than a week.
Pros:

It’s very close to the station and grocery stores.
The outside is clean and quiet. There are 2 nice parks within walking distance. It was very comfortable. The bedding was amazingly comfortable. The bathtub and shower was fantastic. A great place if you want to be a little out of the city but close by. Convenient to have washer and dryer and balcony to dry clothes. A really great place to stay if you need temporary housing or work travel for more than a week.

Cons:

Most of the inside unit was clean. There were some dried contacts on the bedside table. I disinfected everything with wipes when I arrived and can say most of the unit was clean. Some things might be old but still in working condition. Overall still satisfied.
