Breakfast was good but could have been hotter. Plenty of space and nice ambience.
The room was beautiful, the bed was comfortable. The shower was very spacious.
The was no complimentary water, only 3 tissues in the tissue box. The breakfast was freezing cold and the staff weren't at all friendly
Schönes, modernes Hotel in unmittelbarer zum Bahnhof Stratford. Gut ausgestattete Zimmer. Umfangreiches, vielfältiges Frühstück. Wir waren bereits zum dritten Mal da und kommen gerne wieder.

Everything was great.
The room was nice and pretty good value for money. It was clean and felt more luxurious than the price suggested - at least based on the room itself.
No water. Literally no drinking water. Either provided in the room or when we called down to reception and asked for some they said they didn't have any. It's a basic necessity, how can you not have it? We'd been out for the evening so didn't realise this was the case and there were no shops open nearby so we couldn't go and get any. We were offered free drinks the next day, but we were staying one night so weren't exactly going to be around to take them up on that offer. Really poor experience. And in addition, the rooms were too hot. There was an a/c system in the room but it didn't seem to work.
Location
We had asked for rooms together , we were put on different floors, the breakfast was cold and the floor under the table and the chairs were covered in food from the last people, was charged £80 more than was quoted on Booking .com
