Perfect position for visiting Stratford
The hotel was conveniently located & was clean. I felt the decor was lacking in warmth . The foyer was looking quite tired, in need of refurbishing and the food smells upon entering the foyer were not inviting .
The room was a good size with a comfortable bed but it’s a shame that there was no opening window to allow for fresh air.

I booked this hotel as a birthday surprise with my partner. There was possibilities of a birthday package which i paid for in advance. We arrived pretty late around 23:00 and when i asked the staff if everything was arranged for the surprise, it seemed that they forgot to do so :( Manish was very helpful and quickly set everything up so we could still enjoy the weekend! With a complimentary upgrade to the suite as apologies and with the surprise birthday package, our stay was very comfortable and we enjoyed our weekend!
The check-in went very smoothly with help of Tayyab. Very nice guy! Breakfast was also pretty great.
Even though the birthday package wasn’t set up, the staff had great problem-solving skills and did everything they could to make sure our stay still went smoothly despite the circumstances. We really appreciated their effort and dedication, especially Manish! Thank you :)

Good clean property, brand new rooms and spotless, location is right next to Stratford international station and the mall. Connecting to central London (Covent garden, etc) is easy - by tube & Elizabeth line. Ofcourse if the tube is not working on the day, you’ve got to find alternatives like bus or uber. Very good aircon, comfy bed - they even provided a fan when I wanted some additional air circulation in the room. Room service and front desk were so responsive - all requests addressed within Minutes.
