Very expensive for what it is, people smoking on the only terrace on the STK restaurant. Send them down stairs to street.

Location for the station, shopping & Take That concert was ideal.
I booked 2 rooms but we were in different floors which, because of the key system in place, you had to go down to reception & ask staff to tap the lift to take you to the other room. Also, my daughter’s room was eight opposite the lift & I had specifically booked separate rooms so she could have a well deserved rest. The staff were amazing & found her another, extremely quiet room which was perfect.

The air con in the hotel and room was much appreciated and the usual comfort of our stay was enjoyed after a busy concert event. The bathroom facilities were outstanding, best shower and amenities supplied.
We were a little shocked when we asked what the earliest time we could come down for breakfast was as we had to leave before 8.30am, to be told it wasn't included. When i booked i didn't see this as an option otherwise i would of booked it. Not sure if its something they no longer do or if we just were not offered to add it on when checking in? But there is a full cafe in the foyer that we could use.
