Pros:

Quarto grande, cama confortável, pequeno almoço muito bom e com bastante variedade, servico de shuttle com marcação funciona muito bem, piscina boa, funcionários simpáticos e prontos a ajudar. Boa limpeza.

Cons:

Preço do buffet um pouco exagerado ao jantar, mas a comida era boa e variada.

Campeones pese a la jefa de sala
Cons:

Fuimos a ver la final del mundial al bar del hotel que tenían las cervezas rebajadas y a todos los españoles no nos daban mesa y nos trataron mal habiendo muchas mesas vacías diciendo que era para el bufete de la cena. Menos mal que ganamos y lo pasamos bien, pero la jefa de sala se porto fatal.

Da simpatia dos funcionários e da atenção dada ao longo da estadia. Quero elogiar em particular a colaboradora da limpeza do quarto A110 pelo profissionalismo.

Cons:

Não quero apontar como não gostei. Se possível queria recomendar melhoria. Atendendo que o hotel fica localizado numa colina e de acesso pedonal bastante cansativo, embora tenha servido gratuito de transfer para a vila de Sesimbra, era bom que o carro tivesse 9 lugares, continuava a ser um ligeiro de passageiros, mas permitia levar mais pessoas e não estar com muitas limitações nas vagas.

O quarto é muito espaçoso, incluindo uma área com um sofá e uma pequena sacada. O hotel oferece muitas opções de lazer, com destaque para a área da piscina. O café da manhã é excelente e oferece muitas opções. Acho que é uma opção ideal para famílias, especialmente com crianças.

Cons:

O serviço do hotel é demasiado lento. No área da piscina, não era raro esperarmos por 40 minutos por um drink simples ou um refrigerante. Nosso quarto não tinha secador de cabelo e, embora o funcionário da recepção nos tenha dito pelo menos três vezes que ele seria enviado, o aparelho nunca chegou. No final, descobrimos que, apesar da promessa do funcionário da recepção, o hotel não oferece secador de cabelo, o que não seria um grande problema, se não fosse informação errada que nos fornceram.
