Wát een fijn hotel
Pros:

Alles was heel fijn aan dit hotel. De hoge mate van service en vriendelijkheid van het personeel. De heerlijk ruime kamer met balkon en uitzicht op het zwembad. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en lekker. In de middag hebben we lekker aan t zwembad gelegen en gezwommen en met een qr code kon je drankjes bestellen en werden naar je toe gebracht. We voelden ons gewaardeerde gasten en raden dit hotel dan ook ten zeerste aan.

Cons:

We hebben 3 avonden in het hotel restaurant gegeten want we hadden geen zin om naar beneden naar het stadje te lopen en 'savonds weer bergopwaards terug. In het restaurant was het personeel ook supervriendelijk maar niet erg gestructureerd. Ook was ons eten helaas niet heel lekker, maar als je dat aangaf werd er meteen actie ondernomen en de 1e avond kregen we zelfs de drankjes gratis. De hamburgers daarentegen waren erg lekker.

Foi-nos entregue o quarto 2h horas depois do esperado. O check-in pode ser feito a partir das 16h mas só nos entregaram o quarto às 18h. No dia do ckeck out perguntamos se podíamos sair duas horas mais tarde mas o nosso pedido foi negado. O quarto que nos foi entregue não tinha a casa de banho limpa, inclusive ainda estavam as cuecas de outro hóspede na zona do chuveiro.
Aquando reserva, pedimos que fosse colocado um berço no quarto o que não aconteceu. Fomos à receção pedir, disseram que iam colocar mas nunca aconteceu. Ficamos muito desiludidos e não voltaremos a este hotel.

Agradável para momentos de lazer
Pros:

A zona da piscina destaca-se sem dúvida , o quarto era bastante confortável e o hotel em si bastante agradável de se estar
Funcionários muito simpáticos

Cons:

O pequeno almoço ficou bastante aquém. Pouca variedade e o pouco que havia encontrava-se muitas vezes em ruptura.
Notou-se claramente muita falta de organização dos funcionários onde se dava conta que todos faziam o mesmo que era arrumar e limpar as mesas , mas na reposição de alimentos e utensílios não havia ninguém.
Zona de bolos e pão não identificado . Não é aceitável não haver identificação sobre os produtos visto que hoje em dia predominam bastantes intolerâncias alimentares

Three room changes, broken AC, a spider, and rude staff — avoid.
Pros:

We checked in at 9 PM to room C-103 and what followed was one of the most frustrating hotel nights I’ve experienced.

The in-room phone numbers didn’t work, and the reception number wasn’t posted anywhere — I had to guess. When I finally reached the front desk, the receptionist was dismissive and arrogant, insisting information was on the TV when it clearly wasn’t.

The AC cycled on and off and never cooled the room. When we reported it, we were told maintenance is unavailable after 8 PM. The receptionist had to come see it herself before acknowledging the AC was broken — along with the missing phone directory and non-functional contact numbers. I also showed her a spider sitting on my pillow.

We were moved to C-111. Same problem — broken AC. Again, she spoke to us condescendingly, implying we just needed to close the windows. They were already closed. She had to verify it herself. Again.

Her colleague came and also couldn’t fix it — turns out the garden-facing windows are designed so that closing one side opens the other, making the room impossible to seal.

Third move: C-112. AC worked. But nobody mentioned it was the hotel’s only smoking room. The smell was unbearable.

Three rooms. Broken equipment. A spider. Zero accountability. Consistently rude staff. This hotel has serious operational and hospitality issues that need to be addressed.
