Exceptional hotel
Pros:

One of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Exceptional service, amenities and rooms, the place is stunning. I would love to go back and stay for much longer it was an incredible experience cannot recommend it enough. It feels like a serene and authentic experience versus the hustle and bustle of the city.

Cons:

I loved everything.

Everything you need for a relaxing stay in Siem Reap.
Pros:

The people make the place. Thank you so much for your friendly and attentive service. The Nature is a welcoming, peaceful hotel away from the tourist traps. Excellent food and wonderful pool and ambiance.

So nice. I had a hard time leaving.
Pros:

The staff and manager are genuinely friendly and caring. I loved hanging out in the common areas and my room was a clean, peaceful, and relaxing respite from the tropical heat. The Nature's ethical and environmental business models are the main reason I chose the place and it certainly paid off. Stayed three nights and could have easily stayed much longer. Please do not leave without going in the pool. It's fantastic. Hey, and so is the food. Loved the welcome cinnamon juice drink (I want the recipe!).

Cons:

Honestly, I can't think of anything that I didn't like. The Nature is outstanding.

Pros:

Todo. Este hotel es la mejor elección que hemos hecho en nuestro viaje. Son súper amables, te ayudan en todo, el hotel es precioso y tranquilo, es una pequeña jungla en mitad de Siem Reap.
Gracias por habernos hecho sentir en casa a muchos km de la nuestra.

Pros:

L’hôtel est magnifique et très bien décoré. La chambre est superbe et très propre. Nous avions une terrasse face à la piscine, ce qui nous permettait de prendre notre petit déjeuner dans un cadre très agréable : c’était génial.

Le personnel est extrêmement gentil et attentionné. Toute l’équipe fait le nécessaire pour que vous vous sentiez bien pendant votre séjour.

Nous avons dîné au restaurant de l’hôtel et les plats étaient excellents. Nous avons adoré.

Nous sommes également passés par un chauffeur de l’hôtel, Mr Bee, pour nos deux jours d’excursions. Il est très gentil, serviable et a vraiment pris soin de nous tout au long du séjour.

Si vous séjournez dans cet hôtel, je recommande vivement ce chauffeur.

À noter que l’hôtel se trouve à environ 10 minutes du centre-ville en tuk-tuk, mais nous en étions conscients au moment de la réservation. Un tuk-tuk gratuit est mis à disposition pour vous déposer à Pub Street, tandis que le retour se fait à vos frais.

Die ruhige Lage, das über alle Maßen freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal, dass uns alle Wünsche von den Augen abgelesen hat, ohne aufdringlich zu sein! Frisches kaltes Wasser in Thermoflaschen zum Mitnehmen. Hervorragender Tee auf dem Zimmer zur Selbstbedienung, eine Waschmaschine, Einladung zur Teatime mit leckeren kambodschanischen Snacks (Mango, Süßkartoffel- und Bananenchips, Cookies, Reisröllchen…) Ein herrlicher Pool mit angenehmer Tiefe (Max 1,50 cm) und die gesamte außergewöhnliche Anlage sehr sauber und trotzdem naturnah.

Cons:

Ich habe Höhenangst und fand die offenen Holztreppen in den zweiten Stock wunderschön, aber herausfordernd!

We loved this hotel, the staff and the area. We would highly recommend.
Pros:

Everything. Had a problem with the room which was sorted very professionally and promptly. The staff, although young, were very friendly and polite. This particular hotel takes young interns and trains them in hospitality. The staff are a credit to that ethos. Their happy and tolerant demeanours were wonderful.

Worth every penny and will definitely come back!
Pros:

We stayed for 5 days. The place offers a calm and serene stay. The staffs are all friendly and professional. The food is great. My son loved the carbonara, fish and chips and chicken nuggets that are all home made and not store bought. The smoothies are great! Room is fantastic and they keep it clean the whole time!

Cons:

I just didn’t like the barefoot on the property rule as I have a very sensitive foot and I can feel even the dust. But it’s just me. The whole place is magical!
