Great and super helpful staff!

L’hôtel est magnifique et très bien décoré. La chambre est superbe et très propre. Nous avions une terrasse face à la piscine, ce qui nous permettait de prendre notre petit déjeuner dans un cadre très agréable : c’était génial.

Le personnel est extrêmement gentil et attentionné. Toute l’équipe fait le nécessaire pour que vous vous sentiez bien pendant votre séjour.

Nous avons dîné au restaurant de l’hôtel et les plats étaient excellents. Nous avons adoré.

Nous sommes également passés par un chauffeur de l’hôtel, Mr Bee, pour nos deux jours d’excursions. Il est très gentil, serviable et a vraiment pris soin de nous tout au long du séjour.

Si vous séjournez dans cet hôtel, je recommande vivement ce chauffeur.

À noter que l’hôtel se trouve à environ 10 minutes du centre-ville en tuk-tuk, mais nous en étions conscients au moment de la réservation. Un tuk-tuk gratuit est mis à disposition pour vous déposer à Pub Street, tandis que le retour se fait à vos frais.

Frisches kaltes Wasser in Thermoflaschen zum Mitnehmen. Hervorragender Tee auf dem Zimmer zur Selbstbedienung, eine Waschmaschine, Einladung zur Teatime mit leckeren kambodschanischen Snacks (Mango, Süßkartoffel- und Bananenchips, Cookies, Reisröllchen…) Ein herrlicher Pool mit angenehmer Tiefe (Max 1,50 cm) und die gesamte außergewöhnliche Anlage sehr sauber und trotzdem naturnah.

The atmosphere was amazing, really enjoyed the stay.

Everything. Had a problem with the room which was sorted very professionally and promptly. The staff, although young, were very friendly and polite. This particular hotel takes young interns and trains them in hospitality. The staff are a credit to that ethos. Their happy and tolerant demeanours were wonderful.

We stayed for 5 days. The place offers a calm and serene stay. The staffs are all friendly and professional. The food is great. My son loved the carbonara, fish and chips and chicken nuggets that are all home made and not store bought. The smoothies are great! Room is fantastic and they keep it clean the whole time!

Amazing house with private pool!

Estuvimos alojados en una de las Villas. Un poco apartado de todo pero magnífica comunicación con el hotel tanto para pedir comida, traslados al centro o excursiones con sus conductores de tuk tuk a Angkor Wat. Pheak estuvo con nosotros los tres días, nos lo explico todo bien y nos trató muy bien. Muchas gracias 🙏🏼. Todo genial. Cualquier problema/duda comunicación por WhatsApp sin problema. La Villa un lujo, la piscina es preciosa y la zona de estar muy cómoda con una televisión grande. La cocina no tiene muchos utensilios pero tampoco hace falta gran cosa, recomendamos pedir la comida que está buenísima y llega rápido.

Clean, beautiful villa with a private pool, an amazing stone bathtub, driver available at all times, wonderful food, incredible service and hospitality. Just outside of the city, so peaceful. What an incredible place.

This place is absolutely lovely. Staff are all super helpful and make everything very straightforward. We stayed in one of the private villas, which was absolutely worth the upgrade if you’re travelling in a group/family. The private pool was lovely and bigger than I expected. The beds in the villa are huge so plenty of space for two to spread out and relax. I was concerned about getting to and from the hotel, but they’re always happy take you between the villa and hotel by tuktuk for free. The staff provide a WhatsApp number so you can contact them easily with any questions or if you need anything. We ate breakfast in the hotel every day and it was amazing. We also had dinner there one night and it was very good food and reasonably priced. I had the fish amok and it was the best one I’ve tried on my trip. One thing I loved about the hotel, is they have a no shoes indoor policy and it makes you feel like you’re at home when walking around the hotel. A very nice touch that I’ve never encountered before. The hotel also offers tuktuks into town for free in the evening which helps instead of arranging yourself.
