Mooie villa met prachtig zeezicht! Locatie kan beter op het eiland!
Pros:

We hadden een villa aan het strand. De villa was erg mooi en het uitzicht prachtig! Heerlijk ontbijt en mooi zwembad!

Cons:

De keuken was erg gedateerd en werkte niet meer goed. De deurtjes sloten bijvoorbeeld amper. De housekeeping was ook niet heel erg nauwkeurig, maar wel acceptabel. Wat ik vooral jammer vond is dat het strand vol lag met plastic. De tuin is goed verzorgd, maar helaas wordt het strand hierbij overgeslagen.

Très chouette moment de détente

La literie, le petit déjeuner, le jardin, la plage, le service , la salle de sport , les piscines

Cons:

L’odeur dans la chambre sentait le moisi dû au petite moisissure sur le plafond de la salle de bains , le nettoyage de la chambre n’était pas bien fait

Amazing honeymoon
Pros:

Amazing time here with mu husband for our honeymoon. Staff was super attentive and made our stay even better.

I'm gluten free, and every morning they would approach me and offer me gluten free pancakes or waffles, which tasted pretty good! Never had this offered to me every morning by a hotel, definately added to the special experience.

Pool was clean and often nice and quiet during the day, facilities were good and restaurant food was very nice! Definately recommend this hotel!

Cons:

Not the best soundproofing. When our upstairs neighbours would move the chair over the floor, it was quite loud.

Also noise in hallway is easy to hear.

hotel is not following international Mövenpick standards of customer care

Cons:

I stayed at Mövenpick from 27/04 to 03/05 and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing.

As a frequent traveler who moves around the world quite often, I usually choose Mövenpick hotels because of their consistently high standards and the quality of food they offer. However, this property in Vietnam is far from the standards you would normally expect in the GCC or EU.

There were multiple service issues during my stay. On the second day, my room was not cleaned at all when I returned in the afternoon. After coming back from diving, I couldn’t even take a shower because the towels hadn’t been changed — I had to wait until housekeeping finally came.

The following day, I requested a “breakfast to go” as I had an early morning cruise with a 6:00 AM pickup. The hotel confirmed it would be prepared, but in the morning there was nothing ready. I had to leave on an empty stomach, which was extremely frustrating.

Later that same day, I raised the issue with the hotel manager. She promised to investigate, called me back within an hour, and assured me some form of compensation would be arranged. Unfortunately, nothing was done by the time of check-out, and it seems the case was simply forgotten.

All in all, the hotel itself is beautiful, but the service and standards are not Mövenpick level at all. I would not recommend this property and would not choose to stay here again.

Geweldige optie voor Phu Quoc Island !
Pros:

Het is een echt 5 sterren resort met de bijbehorende service kwaliteit en faciliteiten. Ondanks de grootte van het complex heeft de service en kwaliteit hier niet onder te lijden. Geweldige keuze bij het ontbijtbuffet..
