Pros:

Very spacious and clean room with an amazing view especially for sunset. Delicious food as well

Cons:

I asked for some milk for breakfast but was forgotten twice.

Hôtel très beau
Pros:

Hôtel très beau, blanc, design. Chambre avec piscine privée et vue sur mer. Très belle. Petit déjeuner copieux.
Literie confortable.

Cons:

La route principale juste au dessus de l hôtel, très passagère et bruyante, qui contraste avec la zenitude de l hôtel. Des fontaines devant la porte de la chambre, pour combler sûrement le bruit. Mais très gênant pour moi. La piscine avec trop de vis a vis avec le voisin.
Les toilettes avec porte commune salle de douche.

j'ai réservé 6 mois avant pensant profiter de prix garantis, au final j'ai payé le double du tarif en cours et ça ne valait vraiment au mieux que 200€ par nuit et pas 400

Post card perfect
Pros:

The view from my room was incredible, seeing the change in light from morning to afternoon then the sparkling lights of Chania at night. The room was perfect and super clean. Staff friendly and there if anything was needed.

Séjour magique, vue époustouflante sur La Canée.
Magnifique décoration de l'hôtel, même le parking...
Petit déjeuner en chambre et room service juste parfait.
Personnel très attentionné et discret.
Je recommande à 100% ce n'était du bonheur !

Pros:

Tout, toute l’équipe est incroyable, le ménage est soigné le petit déjeuner est super long. Le spa est incroyable les professionnels en charge des Massage aussi!

Cons:

Le bruit de la rue derrière très passante, et donc très mal insonorisé a ce niveau.
De même on entend le passage des femmes de ménage le matin dans les chambres , donc si vous voulez faire la grasse matinée ...
Les transat sur le balcon n'ont pas de coussins c'est beau mais assez inconfortable.

Décor et confort des chambres avec piscines « individuelles» vue mer .

Cons:

Qualité de la nourriture en room service ..déplorable… pas de bière sans alcool( pourtant à la carte) .
Pdj très spectaculaire..mais qualité moyenne..
Pas de kleenex dans les chambres
Frigo bar pas reapprovisionné.. donc pas une goutte d’eau si vous ne réclamez pas ( en supplément ?!!!»

Pros:

Great hotel with very friendly staff. Breakfast served on the private terrace by our personal pool was perfect. The fitness room is a little limited. I recommend renting a scooter or car to visit Chania’s Old Town, although this is related to the hotel’s location rather than the hotel itself.

Cons:

fitness area a bit limited. But no worries all the rest was perfect.
