Cooles Gebäude, leider nicht sehr wertig eingerichtet und laut. Personal unfreundlich.
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr praktisch gelegen, direkt am Bahnhof Harburg und in direkter Näher der Harburger Innenstadt. Das alte Industriegebäude wurde wirklich hübsch renoviert und man kann sogar mit einem Paternoster fahren. Der Check-In über die Automaten im EG funktioniert einwandfrei.

Cons:

Leider war das Zimmer nicht sonderlich sauber und das Bett war extrem durchgelegen und unbequem, es hat beim Umdrehen immer laute Qietschtöne von sich gegeben. Außerdem war es im Zimmer dauerhaft laut, vermutlich aufgrund der noch in Betrieb befindlichen Industrieanlage nebenan. Diese hat 24/7 ein laut dröhnendes Geräusch ausgestrahlt. Da ich allerdings bei Buchung ein ruhiges Zimmer auswählen konnte, bin ich davon ausgegangen, dass es ruhiger ist.
Das Personal schien mir genervt, wenn ich etwas zu fragen hatte oder von der Bar bestellen wollte. Leider keine schöne Erfahrung.

Pros:

Gegenüber des Harburger Hauptbahnhofes, wenige Meter der s-Bahn entfernt. Phoenix-Center sowie Bäcker, Edeka/Aldi/Rewe Fußläufig innerhalb 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Der Harburger Park ist ebenfalls fußläufig erreichbar.

Cons:

Keine Klimaanlage im Zimmer. Türen sehr schwer.

Modernes Hotel mit altem Charme
Pros:

Der Charme mit den kleinen Details des alten Fabrikgebäudes hat dem Hotel etwas besonderes gegeben.
Die Nähe zum Bahnhof von dem man schnell nach Hamburg ins Geschehen kommt bietet sich für einen Aufenthalt außerhalb von Hamburg. Ruhig und trotzdem zentral.

Cons:

Leider gibt es keine eigenen Parkmögkichkeiten am Hotel. Aber auf der Parallelstraße gibt es ein Park and ride Parkhaus. Günstig und gut.

Lovely hotel/room/location/great check-in. Wonderful staff. However don't expect a super clean flat

Location was perfect for us, the cozy room and view were great. Check-in was smooth and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. We felt safe and sound, overall a great stay, the 2nd time we've visited.

Cons:

Cleanliness was unfortunately not up to scratch. Dust everywhere, dishes and cutlery were very dirty. Overall it felt dirty in the apartment.

Für Work & Travel sowie Alleinerziehende mit Kind und geringen Ansprüchen optimal.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich super.
ICE-Bahnhof direkt in der Nähe.
Ein großes Einkaufszentrum ist ebenfalls in der Nähe.
Das Zimmer entsprach den Bildern und durch die gut abgedichteten Fenster ist kein Straßenlärm zu hören.
Es gab einen modernen Aufzug sowie einen Paternoster, was dem Hotel einen absoluten Retrocharme gibt.

Cons:

Der Check-in gestaltete sich anfangs schwierig.
Man kann selbst einchecken oder sich auch an die Rezeption melden.
Sobald man den Dreh raus hat funktioniert alles sehr gut.
