The location the amenities the staff was very helpful. We were able to do laundry in the property while working out at the same time. The gym was well equipped. The rooms were spacious clean and comfortable. Lastly the breakfast was delicious and it was different everyday.

Definitivamente el parqueadero. Dicen tener parqueadero privado y está a una cuadra del hotel y lo comparte otros 3 hoteles así que siempre está lleno y a demás lo cobran por separado

Very comfy stay! Great price for a last minute visit to Orlando
Pros:

Room was very spacious! Beds were super comfy. Breakfast had lots of options. Super close to the park we visited. We checked in late at night and checked out early so we didn’t get a chance to use the pool but it looked amazing!

Great Value
Pros:

Close to Disney parks also right around the corner from a target in case you forget anything. Hotel was very clean. The people were very kind and accommodating. The breakfast was really good. They have coffee 24 seven that has changed out daily during shifts, which is lovely everybody there is very nice and my room was beautiful.

Cons:

The pool doesn’t open until 9 AM, the slide doesn’t open till 10 AM. We tend to get up very early for early morning swims but it wasn’t available.

We had to go to the front desk almost daily to get pool towels, and towels and wash clothes for showers. Also toilet pap
Pros:

The pool was nice although they never had pool towels clean, we alway had to ask the front desk for towels.

Cons:

Breakfast food was not good, no quality. Dining area was always dirty nobody around to clean the tables or cleaning around food areas or even restocking food or clean plates.

Great value
Pros:

The location is on Disney property. Staff is great, very helpful answers all your questions. The rooms are beautiful and very large. They have a complementary breakfast which is very nice and coffee 24 hours.

Cons:

The pool doesn’t open until at 9 AM, and the feature slide doesn’t open until 10 AM

Great stay
Pros:

The hotel is right down the road from Animal Kingdom as well as the water parks. The pool is beautiful, the staff is lovely. They have fresh coffee 24 hours which is complementary. It’s just all-around good place to stay, especially for families.

Cons:

The pool hours, we are early morning risers. The pool doesn’t open until nine most pools and resorts open at seven.

Loved our stay will come back again!
Pros:

Location was perfect! We loved being able to walk to restaurants, Target, Starbucks, etc. There is a shuttle service to the Disney parks but the times/occupancy limits were limited so we chose to Uber to and from the parks. The rides were inexpensive because of being so close to the parks. We could see the Epcot fireworks from our room! We were very impressed with how spacious our room was. (one bedroom king suite) The pool was large and had an awesome waterslide. Great breakfast with lots of options (and Mickey waffles). We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Disney.

Cons:

It would have been nice to have more frequent shuttles to the parks but I know they use a third-party as this is not a Disney property.

I had a very comfortable stay. I consider that I got good value for money
Pros:

The breakfast wasn't sufficiently varied over my stay. The location is ideal; offering easy access to restaurants and shops at Flamingo Crossings. I had a rental car and that facilitated easy access to Disney Springs from which transportation was available to all the resorts.

Cons:

Breakfast menu could have been more varied and the time for breakfast could be extended to 10:00 am on weekdays as it was on weekends.
