Worst stay ever had in a hotel

Bed was the most uncomfortable I have ever slept in and the room wasn’t as clean as it should have been
The bathroom tiles were broken at the back of toilet
The breakfast wasn’t very good with a very poor selection of hot food
Had to ask staff to replenish at 9am when we came down for our breakfast

The hotel in general the staff the location

Cons:

Not having a kettle in the room, the bathroom fan being on all night (when no-one in)and the skirting board in the bathroom coming away from the wall!
Having stayed here previously 5 times with no issues we were disappointed to say the least.
The kettle was replaced but you can't replace not getting any sleep!!!

Clean, spacious room with plenty of natural light. Somewhere to sit other than on the bed and illuminated mirrors in the bathroom were much appreciated 👍

Cons:

I personally didn't find the pillows comfortable but that's very much a personal thing.
