Non of the tv working even one room without tv remote control
The bathroom floor was very slippery & brother had fallen
Stay here regularly , the staff are excellent and the hotel is clean with high housekeeping standards,a great comfy bed and a good breakfast.
Modern and clean
A little remote
Easy to find and good soundproofing in spacious rooms. Comfy beds. Plenty of parking (pay extra), Plenty of fast food/shop facilities nearby. Pleasant staff.
The breakfast was poor. Nice to see real bacon and sausages back, but the scrambled eggs were a grey lump of disaster. The whole eating area needs a damn good clean as it was very sticky. The room needed more attention to detail in the cleaning of the bathroom and coffee area. Outside there is a small lake/large pond that is not in the best condition.
Great location with the M65 on your dorstep
Staff are very friendly and will help ypu were they can Breakfast staff young waitress very polite and smiley just what you want in the morning sorry i dident get her name [Blond about 18].
The price lol £158 two nights
The fact you have to pay for parking.
Clean, easy to find.
I requested a quiet area but it was quite noisy. I was later told I could have upgraded to another room but as I had put the request in before I would have appreciated being told that when I checked in so that I could pay and upgrade then.
The location
Getting breakfast was CHAOTIC. Too many people in such a small space where the buffet is served. Food kept finishing and topping up was slow, so you had to wait around for food. Not enough people serving as they were covering queries at the front desk too.
No drinking water in rooms. You have to buy water for your room if you want it fresh for the night or come downstairs and get the filtered water to take to your room. Who is going to wake up in the middle of the night and go downstairs for water.
