Great place to stay

Stayed here many times, think there’s been a change of owners - definitely a staff change. They used to be great - frien

Great location

Cons:

Beds - very uncomfortable ( used to have a great nights sleep didn’t get a wink this time. )
Breakfast - poor limited cooked choices. Asked for poached (which they used to do no bother) a curt not it’s scrambled. Which were awful.
Parking - used to be free now you have to pay £3.00 per night. Not a lot but not mentioned on booking - apparently Booking.com have hidden it in small print.

Pros:

Check in manager was nice and friendly

Cons:

Problem with air-conditioning, reported to reception, was informed they would send maintenance to sort it, got dressed in the evening, and they never showed up, so no air con, no sleep 😴 dangerous 4 hours driving thr next day very sad.
There are no windows to open, so made for a very uncomfortable night.

Stayed here for the family wedding with extended family and friends.
Must say we were very impressed with the hospitality and quality of the hotel.
They did halal sausages for us for breakfast, which was very nice. The rooms and the hotel is very clean and comfortable. The staff are very welcoming and friendly.
Would highly recommend this hotel and will book again when in north west again.

New and clean.
Pros:

This is a modern hotel at a great location. Deceptively large hotel with plenty of parking and close to city.
Our family group enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was very busy but fresh and plenty of variety.
Staff very friendly and helpful too.
Thank you for looking after us.

Excellent Stay with Outstanding Food and Service
Pros:

My stay at the Hampton was excellent from start to finish. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with a cozy bed that made for a great night’s sleep.

Breakfast offered an impressive selection, with plenty of hot and cold options. Everything was fresh and tasty. The staff were welcoming and attentive.
Dinner was equally impressive, nice food, reasonably priced.

Overall, the hotel provided a comfortable stay with excellent food and outstanding service. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting blackburn.

Would stay again but flag issues sooner!
Pros:

Staff welcoming, room spacious, hotel decorated nicely and breakfast good.

Cons:

Few issues with the shower (water not running away), toilet stopped flushing and some blood on the pillow case.

Pros:

Our room was clean and well presented. The receptionists were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay.

Cons:

The downstairs toilet was dirty when we went for breakfast. My husband ended up going back to our room to use the bathroom because the downstairs toilet was not clean. It would be appreciated if staff could check and clean it regularly to ensure it is kept in a good condition for all guests.

Room was slightly dirty as the panel under the Tv had sticky greasy stains there which wasn’t good so couldn’t use that space and there was also an issue with the sink drain in the toilet whereby the water wasn’t going down

Great hotel but needs better hygiene

Cons:

There was no toilet paper in our room, we had to call for it. There was a dirty towel in our bathroom that was covered in some form of sauce. The room didn’t feel clean
