Please, note that room cleaning takes place every second day of the stay, bed linen change once per week.

Bookings of 4 rooms or more are considered group bookings.

For group bookings, guests can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. In case of cancelation in the 14 days before arrival, the guest pays 80% of the total price. If you do not arrive on the day of arrival, we will charge 100% of the value (no-show costs) of the services ordered. Booking changes are not possible within the cancelation period. 100% prepayment required.

Wie ein Zuhause
Pros:

Sehr nettes Personal, Zimmer sehr sauber, Matratze top und wunderbar finde ich den kostenlosen Kaffee/Tee und den Kühlschrank, an dem man sich bei Bedarf Getränke gegen Gebühr nehmen kann. Man fühlt sich hier sehr zuhause.

Nettes kleines Hotel ohne Schnickschnack
Pros:

Hübsches kleines Hotel Schnickschnack mit nur 8 Zimmern im EG mitten in Schwabing. Trotz zentraler Lage sehr ruhig, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Getränke (gegen Bargeld) und Kaffee zur Selbstbedienung.

Location, affordability, access and clean.
Pros:

Convenient and central location, price was very affordable, lots of food places and coffee shop’s nearby and short walk to public transport

Cons:

Bathrooms are a little tight space. It takes a while for the sink to heat up the hot water especially at night. It speeds up the hot water on the sink when the shower is used.
