Pros:

Location was good for some training I was attending

Cons:

The room was musty, the air con didn't work, during a heatwave, and although a maintenance team member did attend to clean a filter, which was absolutely filthy, it didn't make much difference, when I rang back down to reception to ask to swap rooms, they were unapologetic and said they were full.

It was close to Farringdon Station, the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was really comfortable.

The shower leaked badly and so the bathroom floor was constantly wet.
The door between the bathroom and bedroom did not close fully and the space was tight, allowing for little bathroom privacy.

Heel fijn verblijf in Londen
Pros:

Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, een nette en moderne kamer en een goede locatie. We hebben hier een heel fijn verblijf gehad.

Cons:

Het enige minpuntje was de beperkte privacy in de kamer. De wastafel staat gewoon in de kamer en het toilet is wel afgesloten, maar niet echt een aparte ruimte. Door het glas zie je bewegingen en ook qua geluid is er weinig privacy. Wij reisden als vriendinnen, waardoor dit soms wat ongemakkelijk was. Voor een koppel is dit waarschijnlijk minder storend.

Mooi, schoon en goed bereikbaar hotel
Pros:

De ligging. Vlakbij een metrostation waarvandaan je makkelijk naar bezienswaardigheden kan. Ook dichtbij restaurants, een supermarkt en gelegenheden waar je koffie en/of broodjes kunt kopen.
