Fantastiskt, kan inte bli bättre.
Pros:

Allt måste säga allt. Absolut ett av de finaste och bästa hotellen jag bott på. Standarden var på topp, personalen outstanding och omgivningen var vacker. Om jag kommer till Kyoto igen skall jag bo på detta hotell. Jag vill rikta ett extra stort ödmjukt tack till personalen, jag har aldrig blivit bemött på ett trevligare sätt.

Cons:

Där var inget jag inte tyckte om men jag skulle vilja påpeka till alla som åker dit vilket jag tycker ni skall göra. Respektera de Japanska traditionerna och regler för det kommer att lyfta din totala upplevelse.

Gion Matsuri visit
Pros:

Eveything was excellent, we had a nice room also with a terrace which had a very nice view of the Hokan ji temple, were we took very nice pictures, the architecture of the buildibg really added to the overall experience and gave the hotel a very nice atmosphere. The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful, helping us with the train, taxi, and the events kyoto had during our stay, our check in staff and check out staff helped us greatly by showing us the place and facilities. The first night we arrived late and ordered in room dining were we ate some very nice salmon sushi rolls and tasty hamburger. During the breakfast they check with us about our allergy requirments and gave us a really good breakfast specifically the japanese style bento box whuch consisted of the typical japanese breakfast as well as different wrestern food such as pancakes and omlets. The overall experience was wonderful and I would definitely recomend to everyone visiting kyoto

Unbelievable location for visiting the traditional Kyoto area, exceptional staff and service. Spacious room. Boutique feel.

An outstanding breakfast experience. The selection was abundant, spanning Western favourites and authentic Japanese fare, each dish as delicious as it was beautifully plated. Quality and freshness were evident in every bite, and the stylish tableware added a refined finishing touch. Location facing a carefully manicured typical Japanese garden.

There is nothing I can think to improve in this hotel.
