Sehr schönes (abgelegenes) Hotel mit kleinen Problemen, die leicht behoben werden könnten.
Pros:

Sehr schöne Aussicht, auch von unserem Zimmer aus. Angenehmer Aufenthalt am Pool und sehr freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Service-Personal an der Poolbar nicht motiviert, leider im Gegensatz zu den anderen Mitarbeitern.
Zudem leider ein Missverständnis aufgrund der rudimentären Englischkenntnissen des Mitarbeiters an der Rezeption. Da das Hotelrestaurant umgebaut wurde, mussten wir auf das weiter entlegene Restaurant ausweichen, was entweder eine 2-3 minütige Autofahrt oder einen 15 minütigen Fussmarsch nach sich zog.
Terrassierung des Hotels mit schweren Koffern etwas ungünstig - Shuttledienst wäre willkommen.

Magnífico, irei repetir com toda a certeza.
Pros:

De tudo, do serviço, todos os funcionários muito atenciosos, quartos bem insonorizados, vistas magníficas e uma tranquilidade excelente.
Com serviço de restaurante, nem precisamos de nos deslocar a outro local, para fazermos as nossas refeições.
Para quem precisa de descanso, é o sítio ideal.

Linda vista. Ótimas instalações. Serviço ruim.
Pros:

Localização é excelente para prestigiar a vista dos vinhedos e do Douro. Quarto bom tamanho.

Cons:

Tive que carregar minhas malas alguns lances de escadaria, do carro até o quarto, pois não tem serviço.
Café da manhã com pouca variedade de frutas e sem reposição já as 9:20. Solicitei reposição aos atendentes que foram ríspidos.
No jantar pedi queijo ralado para adicionar à minha massa e não tinham. O pior que pedi a 2 garçons, ambos disseram que buscariam, mas não trouxeram.
O hotel fica junto a uma vinícola, logo seria de bom tom oferecerem uma amostra de boas vindas aos hóspedes, como recebi no Algarve.

Excelente.
Pros:

Quarto tranquilo conforme solicitado. Excelente vista para o rio. Dos melhores hoteis no Douro vinhateiro. Melhor hotel a nivel de relação preço-qualidade. A piscina continua sublime.

Cons:

O bar poderia ter mais opções de sumos naturais, e snacks. Estava com obras, que por vezes fazia algum ruido durante a tarde.

Lovely hotel in a beautiful location - perfect for a one night stay.
Pros:

The room was lovely - the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very clean. The view from the room was stunning. The restaurant we had hoped to use was closed so there was a steep walk down to the other restaurant. There was an excellent selection of food and drinks. The service was a little slow however the view of the Duoro and it's tributary was beautiful. Overall we had a lovely stay here.

Cons:

The steep walk back from dinner and there was no where to sit and have a drink with our friends.

Enjoyed the location but the hotel disappointed on the whole for reasons given above

Breakfast offering good
Gardens were well maintained

Cons:

Parking was a mess - have dedicated areas and not in the small roads partially blocking traffic.
Also, non electric cars parking in the charging area
A pool bar which was excessively expensive - €4.50 for a coke !
But no bar in the evening which was a shame
A hotel of this stature should have a casual lounge and bar
No tea of coffee in the room
Only ate in the hotel once - pretty average
No privacy on the room balconies/ no partitioning only a flower box ! - what about some frosted glass to separate balconies ?

The shower water temperature was unstable, constantly spiking from lukewarm to burning hot. The dinner was o.k, the breakfast not tasty at all, depleted food items were not replenished, and the omelet station was left empty with no staff to cook.

Precioso lugar, con vista maravillosa. Hotel muy cómodo con un entorno idílico. Personal excelente.
