Pros:

Great views. Staff where friendly.

Cons:

Spend the money and put an iron in every room, rather than making guests ask reception. Often there were no irons available. Irons and ironing boards are a pretty standard item in hotel rooms.

Superbe hôtel ! J'aurais aimé rester plus longtemps
Pros:

Le site de l'hôtel est remarquable, l'aménagement est très bien entretenu, plusieurs endroits pour se détendre avec une vue exceptionnelle sur le douro. Nous aurions aimé y rester plus longtemps! Le personnel est gentil et il y a Possibilité de visiter la quinta et de faire la dégustation. Excellent emplacement à 15min en voiture de pinhao. Buffet pour le Petit déjeuner et souper avec beaucoup de choix

Beautiful, but book your dinners well in advance!

Beautiful location, clean, nice pool, buffets for dinner and breakfast, wine-tasting. LILIANA WAS FABULOUS! She’s an absolute riot and very helpful.

Cons:

Stood at reception waiting to check in for over twenty minutes and we weren’t even acknowledged. Yes, staff was busy, but it would have been nice to be greeted and made to feel comfortable. Booking for dinner was very late (9 pm); we asked if there was anything earlier and were told no. The restaurant was half-empty from 7 to 9 pm. Fortunately, we talked to the right person in the late afternoon and got moved to 7 pm. By 9 pm, the place was almost deserted.

Localização, vista incrível, a vista do quarto para o rio é espetacular.
Ar funcionando bem, mini bar ok, atendimento dos funcionários atenciosos e educados.

Cons:

Tem bastante escadas para quem tem problemas com locomoção é um problema.
Opções melhores no jantar Buffet e explicações ao chegar no restaurante ( se além do Buffet, se caso existe outras opções pois achei muito alto o valor para o nível de alimentação ), café da manhã também pouco variado no período o qual peguei e o suco de laranja estava um pouco passado, pelo nível de hotel esperava um pouco mais nesse quesito.

Ein perfekter Aufenthalt mit traumhafter Aussicht
Pros:

Wir hatten einen rundum perfekten Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich, herzlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Unser Zimmer war sauber und gepflegt, und die wunderschöne Aussicht hat den Aufenthalt noch besonderer gemacht.

Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Ein wirklich perfekter Aufenthalt!
