Yes. All guests over the age of 18 years of age are required to show ID, usually photographic, upon arrival at the hotel. The staff were very friendly and I was so impressed that they acknowledged my booking notes and made a kind gesture for me celebrating my birthday. The room we were in had a great view of the shard. Location was great, only a few mins walk to a tube station.

Alex the Brazilian concierge was 10/10 - friendly, knowledgeable and good humor. It was a pleasure engaging with him and he provided great tips on navigating London / restaurants/ shows etc.
Everything, but especially the location and Staff.
The sofa needs to be changed as the cushions have worn out.

מלון מושלם! חדרים גדולים ומרווחים. צוות נהדר, מנהלת הקבלה, אלי, מקסימה במיוחד. העובדים: אליק, גבריאל, קרושר, כריסטיאנה, ובאמת, כולםםם מסבירי פנים, נחמדים, סבלניים, קשובים לכל בקשה, היינו 6 לילות והיה כיף גדול. שמחנו לחזור למלון בסופו של יום חוויות בלונדון, מאד קרוב לרכבת, מיקום מצויין ושקט. אזור בטוח וידידותי. הסוויטה שלנו היתה אקזיוטיב, מטבח מאובזר, קנינו מצרכים בסופרמרקט והכנו לנו ארוחות. מסעדת המלון מאד טובה אך יקרה מדי, המנות מאד קטנות. יופי של מלון. נחזור אליו. חשוב גם לציין שהגענו ביוני 2026, בזמן גל חום מטורףףף, 35 מעלות. המזגן בחדר היה מעולה, הציל אותנו.. לא היינו ערוכים לחום כזה בלונדון...
למרות שלונדון מאד יקרה, מסעדת המלון, יקרה באופן מוגזם.

Csendes szobát kértünk, ami kifele valóban csendes volt, de a folyosóról, illetve másik szobából gyakran hallottunk zajokat. A zuhanyzóhoz lehetne piktogram a beállítások jelölésére

Location was spot on, brilliant view of the Tower and bridge. Right next to tube stations for Circle&District and DLR.

The night staff need some training in customer service.
Came back late at night after a concert, were interrogated and not allowed access to our room and made to feel like criminals. We had already been there a night and they tried to make out we were mot registered etc…we had to use our key cards to get in and use the lift so its not like you can just walk in off the street. We did get a written apology the next day so were grateful for that.
