Top acco op top locatie naast metro
Pros:

Gratis upgrade met keukenblok. Volledig geluidsdicht. Schoon en zeer comfortabel.

Cons:

Iets later uitchecken (kosteloos) ivm autisme zou fijn geweest zijn als service.

Tesisin yalnızca konumu iyiydi.
Londra’daki bazı eski, tarihi binalarda yer alan otellerine göre oda metrekareleri küçük bir miktar fazlaydı ama fiyat/performans açısından düşünecek olursak o da yetersiz.

Cons:

Biz 4 kişilik bir aile olarak 2 ayrı oda rezerve ettik.Oda ve restaurant temizliğinin çok yüzeysel yapıldığını gözlemledim.
Nevresimler gün aşırı değiştirildi ve yastıklar, nevresimler güzeldi ama odaya temizlik sonrası girdiğimizde dahi uçuşan tozları görüyorduk.1 hafta konakladık.Örneğin bu 1 haftalık süre içerisinde odadaki mini buzdolabının ve küçük çalışma odasının üzeri bir kez dahi silinmedi.
İlk girdiğimiz gün banyodaki lavabonun tıkalı olduğunu farkedip hemen bildirdik.Teknik ekip ilgilendi ve çözdüğünü söyledi ama malesef konakladığımız günler boyunca lavaboda suyun gitmesi için uzun süre beklemek zorunda kaldık. Pencereler uzun zamandır silinmemişti.Kaldığımız sürenin başında yere minik bir çay döküldü, kolayca silinebilecek bir parke olmasına rağmen 1 hafta boyunca silinmediğini gördük😊Temizlik konusunda fiyatını karşılamayan bir konaklama olduğunu düşünüyorum.

Oda tiplerimiz aynı olmasına rağmen ailemiz adına tuttuğumuz diğee odasa minik bir berjer vardı, bizimkine konmamıştı.

Der Aufenthalt war rund, um positiv zu bewerten

Die Lage war top, direkt an der Tower Bridge U-Bahn vor der Tür und Bushaltestelle vor der Tür fußläufig, auch alles zu erreichen

Bra läge och rymliga rum, men hotellet levde inte upp till femstjärnig standard.
Pros:

Hotellet har ett mycket bra läge, med tunnelbanestationen inom kort gångavstånd, vilket gjorde det enkelt att ta sig runt i London. Själva sviten var rymlig och välplanerad med ett separat sovrum, ett vardagsrum, ett stort badrum samt ett litet pentry. Vi uppskattade att det fanns gott om plats för bagage och kläder, ett värdeskåp, två skrivbord och ett matbord där vi kunde äta frukost eller dricka te.

Badrummet var ganska stort och duschen fungerade bra. Pentryt var praktiskt för enklare måltider och vi uppskattade att det fanns en Nespresso-kaffemaskin. Kylen gick att justera när vi upptäckte att temperaturen var för lågt inställd.

Personalen i frukostrestaurangen var överlag vänlig och hjälpsam. När vi kontaktade hotellet för att få bäddat soffsängen och för att få bestick till den tredje personen ordnade de detta relativt snabbt.

Om man bortser från sängkomforten var själva rummet trevligt, rymligt och funktionellt.

Cons:

Tyvärr levde hotellet inte upp till våra förväntningar för ett femstjärnigt hotell.
Incheckningen var långsam och lobbyn var liten och trång, med väldigt få sittplatser. Vi var tre personer men fick endast två nyckelkort vid incheckningen, trots att vi hade bokat för tre gäster.

Vi hade i förväg bett om ett lugnt rum som inte vetter mot tunnelbanan eftersom vi sover lätt, men fick ändå ett rum precis mot tunnelbanespåren. Med öppet fönster var ljudnivån mycket hög från tunnelbanan, turister, polis och ambulanser. Det var en besvikelse att vår önskan inte hade tagits hänsyn till.

Den största besvikelsen var sängarna. Den ordinarie sängen var mycket hård och soffsängen var i väldigt dåligt skick. Efter att personalen bäddat den visade det sig att madrassen var kraftigt nedsutten och ojämn, vilket gjorde den mycket obekväm att sova på. Vi bad om ett extra täcke för att lägga under, men det hjälpte knappt och man vaknade med ont i ryggen.

AC:n började fungera dåligt under de sista dagarna och stängde av sig under nätterna. TV-systemet var också svårt att använda. Pentryt var praktiskt men dåligt utrustat. Köksutrustningen var endast för två personer trots att rummet var bokat för tre. Det saknades ordentliga knivar, skärbräda, tekanna, och det fanns väldigt begränsade möjligheter att laga mat.

Frukosten var den största besvikelsen under vistelsen. Utbudet var mycket begränsat och motsvarade inte alls vad vi förväntar oss av ett femstjärnigt hotell. Gröten smakade inte färsk, yoghurtutbudet var dåligt och bakverken samt brödet kändes inte nybakade. Det fanns väldigt få grönsaker och nästan inga alternativ för gäster som inte äter fläsk. Om jag skulle betygsätta enbart frukosten skulle den få högst 3–4 av 10. Frukostsalen kändes dessutom sliten, med gammal dekoration kvar på väggarna, och utsikten mot den livliga gatan gjorde miljön stressig. För det pris vi betalade hade vi förväntat oss betydligt högre standard. Mitt helhetsbetyg blir ungefär 5 av 10.

Memorable Stay Near Attractions
Pros:

The central location and close proximity to Tower Hill tube station was fantastic for visiting attractions and getting around the city. The room was comfortable and cosy for a family of four. It was useful that there was a washer-dryer, a Nespresso machine, adequate crockery and utensils which made laundry and breakfast in the room possible.

Cons:

The room was a bit smaller than I thought, given the price we paid. There was barely any walking space with the coffee table and the sofa bed fully open.

Nice stay
Pros:

Good location and nice room with a good breakfast

Cons:

Staff on reception when we arrived to drop cases wasn’t very friendly and overly helpful. Then later on collecting keys she lady on reception didn’t know where our room key cards had been put. Bed wasn’t overly comfy too.
