Yes. All guests over the age of 18 years of age are required to show ID, usually photographic, upon arrival at the hotel. The name, address, DOB and passport information, where applicable for all non-UK passport holders, is stored in the hotel’s property management system for the purposes of confirming your booking/stay. Location and rooms were very nice. We had some issues during check in, rooms ACs were not working and we didn’t get rooms on the same floor as requested. Check in staff (Nihi/Nivi, Reshma) were rather unhelpful and were only offering odd rooms or potentially having us leave to another hotel. Night manager Rahib however turned around the whole situation swiftly as his shift started. He moved us into much better rooms with working ACs, sorted out everything. Super service by him and the rest of the team.
Front reception employees Nihi / Nivi and Reshma. Very unhelpful, we’re not offering any solutions and tried to put us into odd located rooms away from our sons. Same night, as we checked in v late; Rahib Night Duty Manager sorted all out.
The noise from metro and trains, as well from something else

De ligging is top naast het treinstation waar je geen last had van het treinverkeer qua geluid. Metro om de hoek, Towerbridge op 5 minuten loopafstand. Personeel super vriendelijk, schone kamers

Location was excellent next to Tower Hill station
We booked a Superior Studio room based on the photos and description posted on Bookings.com however on checking in we were allocated a lower level room in the ‘new extension’ that was much smaller with a window that faced the tube station platform and furniture was limited to 2 bedside tables and a desk.

The location was convenient, the room was spacious and comfortable, and the overall service was very good. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
Overall, it was a great experience and I would happily stay here again
The main issue was the noise from the neighboring room. I could clearly hear the sound of high heels and furniture being moved. It was a little disturbing, especially during quiet hours. Better sound insulation would improve the overall experience.

I really liked its location, close to Tower Hill underground which was very convenient to move around the whole of London. The staff was well appointed and friendly. They catered to every request that was made. Rooms were spacious, modern, neat and clean. Housekeeping was great.
Kitchen could have been little more appointed with kitchen towels, cleaning accessories and extra cutlery. However, the staff was very much responsive and provided what was asked for, at any time of the day.
Hotel parfait. Confortable, impeccable, bien situé. Parfait !!
