Excellent rooms.
Pros:

Very high standard of bedroom & spacious.

Cons:

Requested twin instead of double bed. Had 2 rooms booked. Reception said three times, ‘no problem, it will be done in 20mins’ . Came back after night out, no twin beds was made.

Stunning venue for events — the Skyline is something else
Pros:

We hosted a corporate event at the Skyline at Tower Suites and it genuinely exceeded expectations. The space itself is spectacular — floor-to-ceiling views across the Tower of London and the Thames that had guests stopping mid-conversation just to take it in.

The events team were professional and responsive from the first enquiry through to the day itself. Setup was smooth, the AV worked without a hitch, and the catering was a real step above the usual hotel-event fare. Our guests were seriously impressed.

Great apartment like hotel near Tower of London
Pros:

The staff at reception/ concierge- kudos to Miriana. They are all great and helpful
The rooms are really big and very clean, with great amenities, bed was comfortable, kitchen area was well stocked, shower and bathroom really good! We had a suite with views over Tower of London. The restaurant downstairs serves good, correct Italian food, we ate there twice and the waitress- Chandana I believe was very nice.

Cons:

The common areas look a bit not suitable for a 5 stars hotel, it could do with a little refurb. The same with the restaurant- has this canteen- feel with cheap tables and chairs. The tv’s in the room could be updated to include streaming, more channels would be welcome!

Chandana and Labib were amazing
Pros:

Had dinner at the Italian restaurant there with a friend. Food was delicious, shareable plates.
Our waiters Chandana and Labib were amazing, very kind, helpful and always had a smile on their faces.
It made the experience really pleasant and I would definitely go back again.

Pros:

The hotel has a great location and feels very safe. There are several metro stations and bus stops nearby, making it easy to get around the city. There are also plenty of taverns, restaurants, and local places within walking distance, which was very convenient.

Cons:

The mattresses were extremely hard. I asked for an additional mattress topper, but unfortunately it did not make much difference, and sleeping comfortably was difficult. During our four-day stay, the breakfast selection was exactly the same every morning, with no variation at all.
