Cons:

Divano letto scomodo. Avevo una junior suite con cucina , consigliata per 4 persone ma non è proprio così. Va bene per famiglia con bimbi piccoli ma per due adulti ( ho due figlie di 23 e 21 anni) non và bene. Sono stati gentilissimi nel cercare di rimediare mettendo qualcosa sotto il materasso ma non è stato sufficiente. Se lo avessi saputo prima avrei prenotato due camere da due persone

Great Stay! i would return. i would also recommend this to my friends.
Pros:

I loved how clean and organized everything was. ( small disclaimer) during the time of my visit, they were / had construction going on in the front and side. But inside the hotel. BEAUTIFUL to say the least. i really would recommend it to anyone. Also, the wifi is really good here. I was on the 5th floor and had strong signal for wifi. Thats a BIG DEAL, especially I help run a small business back home.

Cons:

Aside from the construction site outside nothing really. Everything was clean. Very easy to get access to everything.

Top Lage - großartiges Hotel
Pros:

Die Lage gleich hinter dem Tower of London - besser geht's nicht. Die Zimmer top 👍und die Rezeption 1a. Wir kommen im September 26 mit 8 Personen wieder. 🇬🇧

Cons:

Als "Reisespezialist" habe ich nichts zu beanstanden daher ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The size of the room is great with a really good layout. The towels were changed regularly and

The concierge were excellent

Cons:

There was a lack of housekeeping, ie dusting and hoovering seemed to be lacking.
You can't open the balcony door, which is hugely disappointing.
One of the reception staff wasn't at all friendly.
The bed is quite hard.
