Location at the airport and reception staff are both huge pluses. Receptionist was brilliant l really felt valued as a guest. They should pay their reception people more because they are the best staff in the place. Housekeeping also does a brilliant job.
Rooftop Bar is closed. That is a huge fail. Many pleasant evenings with a friendly drink and meal while travelling spent there. The ground floor restaurant was a fail twice. First time food was rang for wait staff but they were nowhere to be found. I waited 10 minutes then went to the service area and got it myself. Second, felt like a treat so ordered fillet topped with seafood done medium rare. Came out, steak was grey no sign of a char and about 8mm thick. Cut into it, was grey right through. Being involved in livestock l felt bad for the animal that lost it's life to end up like this. Returned to wait staff because to be honest it was the worst steak of my 65 years. Replaced with a bare piece of meat, granted better cooked on a plate. Hint from me, go get something in the airport to eat. This is the first negative tone review of my life. I hate that it felt like this and writing about it makes me feel worse.
Modern, clean, beautiful rooms and great gym facilities! Joel on reception was so welcoming and friendly, so nice to be greeted with a smile after 20 hours of travelling!

Not being told there was a daily fee for the car park. Have stayed there in the past and never had to pay.
The breakfast was very good, a wide selection and a good location with both indoor and outside options near the swimming pool. The staff were excellent and very helpful with some mislaid luggage..
The room was large and perhaps a bit under-furnished. A second comfortable chair for a couple travelling together would have been nice.
The location was excellent. We had an early morning flight so was really easy to just walk across road to airport.
So conveniently located after a long flight to be able to walk across the road, easy check-in, friendly staff, and nicely furnished room. Mine overlooked the pool but even overlooking the airport is nice. Double glazed windows blocking out all noise
Charging extra for car parking not on. Unwarranted expense after already paying around $200.
It should be free for paying quests, only charge for non staying guests
