We paid top room prices at admittedy a busy period. Disappointed that after returning to the hotel at 10pm the bar was closed when there were so many people about. Charged for 4pp breakfast when it was inclusive of price paid. Corrected at our request!

I went with low expectations as the Sydney airport hotel was nothing like this. I could have stayed for more nights.

Room service food was amazing! After a camping weekend in the bush I so needed so tlc. Oysters and fizz were such a treat! And even chips and gravy - an English northern delicacy 🤣 fantastic!

Fantastic location! Close proximity to the airport also provided great bus transport. Friendly staff. Clean room.
The 10pm closure of the bar during a 1 week Coolies Rock n Roll festival. Premium hotel rates were paid and bar hours could have been extended during this time by at least 1 hour. Breakfast quality was varied
from great whilst quiet to just acceptable during busier times. Mistakes in billing with breakfast charges to the room.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location and the room was very clean and comfortable. Really enjoyed out meal at their restaurant.
