Não foi trocado os lençóis da cama casal, mas as toalhas do banheiro sim.
Achei que o hotel deve instalar uma barra de segurança dentro do box do banheiro.

Cons:

Funcionários inexperientes, despreparados, desinteressados e nitidamente sem treinamento;
Limpeza sofrível, toalhas e lençóis com furos e desgastes, carpete dos corredores com manchas e aspecto sujo... café da manhã razoável, uma péssima experiência
