Ein Traumstart der Ferien in Kapstadt
Pros:

Die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter war unglaublich. Noma, Mercy und der Rest vom Team waren sehr charmant, hilfreich und so so freundlich. Ab dem ersten Moment haben wir uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Das Hotel ist super stylisch. Besonders schön ist auch der Roof Top mit den Pool. Auch unser Zimmer war wirklich sehr schön. Mit einen grossen Balkon und dem Blick auf der Ozean. Das Hotel liegt sehr gut gelegen. In 10 min ist man zu Fuss in der V & A waterfront. Wo es jeden Menge Shops hat und am Wochenende den Oranje Markt. Den man unbedingt besuchen muss. Das Essen ist super lecker.
Auch die beiden Restaurants das Lillys und das Bobo nebenan sind echt klasse. Das Essen wie auch der Service waren hervorragend.

Cons:

Die Baustelle nebenan war laut aber dafür kann keiner vom dem Hotel was.

Fantastic friendly staff, great location, really neat and clean and well presented
Pros:

Best was the really friendly and helpful staff, across the board. Lovely little touches like turn down service with chocolates and water placed on bedside table and fresh fruit bowl in the gym

Cons:

No bar / restaurant but that is really not an issue as there is one next door and across the road

Excellent hotel
Pros:

Excellent location. Amazing sea virws. Easy walk to the V&A waterfront area. Staff couldnt do enough for us. Very comfrotable room.

Staff in this establishment more than made up for the things that don’t quite work.
Pros:

This hotel is very central to everything and within walking distance to restaurants and a few steps away from the promenade

Cons:

A few things that don’t quite work and should be looked at- 1. No mirrors to blow dry one’s hair and no plug in the bathroom so pointless providing a hairdryer
2. If you going to put oil in a diffuser- either light it at night or provide matches!
3. No restaurant

Pros:

loved this hotel and may stay again
Great position. Huge room 503 with a great views of the ocean and mountain.
Totally true to description on booking.com as son and I were sharing it.
Bathroom wonderful as as were facilities area and bar
Lovely reception staff always.
Boutique style so its friendly ,intimate and fun not like these huge hotels.
Bikes an addition and great
Parking for our rental car right outside.

Cons:

I did mention to them that the single beds were not King singles and were short in length especially for tall man of 28 and also quite a bit firmer than would have liked. They eventually gave a mattress topper which helped a little bit
we did not have the king mattress because we needed two singles, as was my son and I sharing the room.

Large construction site next door made it rather noisy from early morning well into the night.
I must add it did not affect my sleep but it was noisy

LAID BACK CITY VIBES
Pros:

Super stay @ the O'two this week. Fab hotel, perfect for a short city break that is close to everything but away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
Only negative was the construction site next door, they started very early in the day and worked late into the night and it was noisy, pity we were not notified when booking this hotel.
