旧市街にふさわしい美しい内装は楽しめた。
Pros:

24時間対応で受付、荷物運びも丁寧にしてくれた

Cons:

zocalo（旧市街中央広場）に面しているため車寄せができない。車道からの重い荷物のホテルへの運搬はホテルの人が人力で行なってくれた。
旧市街の2階建の建物で内装も美しいがエレベータはなかった。部屋には扇風機のみ。エアコンはない。

La ubicación, la decoración del lobby y la atención del valet parking

Cons:

Había polvo en los muebles de madera, no olía a limpio cuando llegamos. Tuvieron que cambiarnos de habitación por que no salía agua caliente en la primera habitación que nos asignaron. Hacía mucho calor y solo había un ventilador de piso.

Pros:

La ubicacion es excelente, céntrico y los restaurantes cercanos son económicos y ofrecen un excelente servicio.

Cons:

Una luz de la habitación no se apagaba y estaba justo arriba de la cabecera de la cama, lo cual resultó un tanto molesto, se notificó a servicio pero no lo arreglaron, aún así estuvimos dos noches en el hotel. Fuera de eso todo bien.
