Great location
Check in hectic and impersonal. Paid for breakfast but options were severely limited.
I have stayed at the Sequence Suidobashi four times—three visits in 2023 and now a nine-night stay. After all these visits, I feel compelled to offer some harsh criticism. Unfortunately, the issues present in 2023 have not improved.
I like the room size, especially considering how tiny Tokyo hotels can be. I like the location, right across from Suidobashi Station. I like the shower and the bed.
A major problem with the hotel is the service. The reception staff are young and inexperienced; many seem untrained. English proficiency is very low. When I asked for a luggage rack, the answer was an immediate "no."
The room design is flawed. There is nowhere to put suitcases, so they end up on the floor. There is no closet and no drawers—a little imagination could solve this. The nightstands are large but lack drawers. There is a tiny rack—and I mean tiny—with a few hangers.
The room is now serviced every other day.
We had a terrible experience at the bar. The attendant didn't know what was on the menu. We ordered a drink, and she had to check the manual to see how to make it. We quickly switched to something that didn't require preparation. Again, this highlights the lack of experience and minimal English proficiency.
There are plenty of staff members, yet they direct you to a tablet for check-in—a process that takes longer than if a receptionist handled it.
Finally, the check-in time is awful: 5:00 PM. I admit I’ve never seen such a late check-in time at any hotel. If you arrive early after a 30-hour journey, you have to pay extra for early access, even if rooms are available.
I hope management reads this and improves the hotel, as the flaws now outweigh the good qualities.

ムダがなくスッキリとした清潔感のある部屋でした。清掃も行き届いていて、トイレとシャワーが完全に分かれているのもとても良い。
アメニティも必要な物は揃っていたので不自由無かったです。
冷蔵庫にミネラルウォーターも置いてくれていてありがたかったです。
