Pros:

The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. The hotel is in a great location, close to the train station, restaurants, shopping malls, cafés, and all the main attractions. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

是三井集團年輕一點的飯店品牌，這一間的地點非常棒，就在水道橋站出口，出站就看到。近東京巨蛋站，價格相對合理。入住在平板上填系統不是很友善，搞不好還比人工報到更費時費事。部分員工英文口音比較重，不是很容易懂，但多數櫃檯員工都非常友善，樂於解決

とても満足しています。また利用させて頂きたいと思います。
Pros:

東京ドームでのライブに参加するため、滞在させて頂きました。
思っていたより、最寄り駅からも東京ドームからも近く、とても便利でした。
コンビニや飲食店もあり、困ることはありませんでした。

Cons:

私個人としては、良くなかったと思う点はなかったです。

Pros:

Stayed here for 5 nights in July with my 2 teenage kids. Really nice hotel! Perfect location next to a subway station, but very quiet. Cute neighborhood. We booked a room only, but there are lots of places around to get food. Helpful and polite staff. Clean rooms and the hotel overall. Comfortable beds. Highly recommended!
