The worst hotel experience in Copenaghen
Pros:

Absolutely a place to avoid. They make the room only if you ask for it the night before. The parking must be paid even if you have a wheelchair sign on the car.
Restaurant workers are so awful in serving you.
Stay out of here!!!

Beautiful hotel, spacious room, great location
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, excellent service, spacious room with a rainfall shower and incredibly comfy beds. The location is great, 1 block from the metro and harbour ferry.

Pros:

Très bel hotel, un peu loin à pied jusqu'au centre, mais location de vélo ce qui est pratique, bon petit déjeuner , mais faut y aller tôt.

Cons:

beaucoup de monde au petit déjeuner, allez-y de bonne heure.

Well located (for visitors taking cruises), clean, good breakfast

Cons:

They would refuse to keep our luggage for a couple of hours when we arrived a bit earlier, they pointed out to a self service system (which has a cost per bag and a timer) and there is no support from personel during the process of checking the luggage in even if they were clearly available.

Ottima posizione per raggiungere il centro in quanto vicinissimo alla stazione della metro (che passa ogni 5 minuti). Comodo parcheggio comunicante con l'albergo. Ottima ed abbondante colazione internazionale

Très bon hôtel à Copenhague
Pros:

Hôtel très légèrement excentré mais facile d'accès grâce à la ligne de métro automatisée, à proximité (on arrive très vite dans le centre de la ville avec un ticket de métro individuel à 24 DKK). Cet hôtel est situé dans une zone résidentielle du port de Copenhague, agréable pour se balader à pied ou à vélo. Nous avons été très bien accueillis dans l'établissement. La chambre s'avère petite, mais propre et fonctionnelle. Elle offre tout le confort pour un court séjour : une assez bonne isolation phonique, un lit douillet, une douche au débit appréciable. Le petit-déjeuner est bon, varié et copieux.

Cons:

Quelques petits bémols qui n'entravent toutefois pas la qualité du séjour : la présence de la moquette dans la chambre; l'absence d'un petit réfrigérateur pour y déposer sa gourde notamment; l'étroitesse de l'espace de vie qui oblige à limiter les valises; le manque d'espace pour poser ses affaires et étendre sa serviette.
Enfin, l'hôtel est très grand, et, malgré la qualité du petit-déjeuner, on se croirait un peu à l'usine dans la salle de restauration, tellement il y a de monde ! Un peu déroutant pour celui ou celle qui recherche le calme ou la tranquillité.
Chambre un peu chère aussi, mais il ne faut pas oublier que l'on se trouve à Copenhague.

Freundliches Personal in einer nüchteren Bettenburg.
Pros:

Ganz neues Hotel direkt an der S-Bahnstation im neuen Stadtteil Nordhaven. Man ist mit der S-Bahn oder dem Hafentaxi sehr schnell im Zentrum. Das Hotel scheint noch sehr neu, entsprechend ist die Ausstattung modern und sauber. Die Mitarbeitenden waren alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet.

Cons:

Mir persönlich erschien die Umgebung wie auch das Hotel "seelenlos". Es hat über 500 Betten, im Restaurant oder Frühstücksraum ist es entsprechend hektisch. Die Zimmer sind einfach zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Es gibt keinen Schrank für Kleidung, dafür einen Schrank, der mit einem Bügelbrett gefüllt ist?! Wer Kopenhagener Flair erleben will, sollte sich meiner Meinung nach in einem anderen Stadtteil ein Hotel suchen.

Relativ günstiger Aufenthalt in Copenhagen, gute Erreichbarkeit, nettes Personal und super Frühstück
Pros:

Das Frühstück war super, auch das Zimmer war klasse ausgelegt für 3 Personen.
Ruhige Lage am Ende einer Bahnlinie war echt klasse.

We would definitely stay again.
Pros:

Clean and comfortable room, however, room temperature was warm on the 5th floor. The breakfast was wonderful with many options. Everything was fresh and delicious.

Cons:

The shower did not drain properly and water soaked the bath mat.

Großes Hotel mit guter Verkehrsanbindung, leider überzogene Preise
Pros:

Gutes, abwechslungsreiches Frühstück
Nähe zur Metro
Komfortable Betten
geräumiges Zimmer

Cons:

sehr teures Hotel (wir hatten für 3 Personen ein Familienzimmer für knapp 350 Euro pro Nacht, alle Betten in nur 1 Raum!!);
Karte zum Abendessen im Hotel mit nur 4 Hauptgerichten zu Preisen eines Gourmetrestaurants (ein einfaches Nudelgericht 35 Euro!!);
sehr großes Haus, dadurch sehr viele Gäste und damit unpersönlich;
Gedränge beim Frühstück;
laut schließenden Zimmertüren;
nur ein sehr kleines Fenster zum Öffnen und Lüften im Zimmer;
horrende Parkgebühren (35 Euro pro Tag) in der Tiefgarage des Hotels, Parkplätze in der Umgebung des Hotels ebenfalls sehr teuer (unser Auto stand für 25 Euro am Tag in einem öffentlichen Parkhaus!!)

Fabulos.
Pros:

Locatie intr-o zona curata si linistita, micul dejun foarte bun si diversificat, curatenia paturi foarte comode, izolarea fonica a camerelor foarte buna, aproape de metrou si statia autobozului acvatic.
