Ubicación perfecta a 2 cuadras de catedral, buena relación costo -servicio, el personal muy amable.
Habitaciónes amplias cómodas y muy limpias.

I would recommend it 100%. The Hotel looks just like the pictures.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming (Dulce) was the one that welcome our family. They were always helpful, attentive, and ready to assist with anything we needed. The warm and positive attitude of the team truly made our stay enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service and a comfortable stay. Is also close to a lot of good things and good food.
I would defiantly go back to the hotel with family or friends.

The staff was exceptional. Very friendly and attentive. I've travelled extensively and this team was among the best! I hope the company is treating these ladies well! The room was great as well. Excellent shower, AC and it was very quiet. The location was just a block off Plaza de Armas and in the middle of the historic city center, just minutes from everything.

Location and warm hospitality.
Pros:

I was in Morelia five nights to visit local friends. NaNa Vida was the perfect place to call home. Simple but very pleasing accommodation. Comfortable bed and pillows. Centrally located in the historic district, two blocks from the cathedral, yet quiet and protected from street noise. The main reason to love this hotel are the young women who run the place. They’re genuinely warm, friendly and helpful — heartbreakingly lovely. Small adjustments would make the hotel perfect. Luggage racks in the room instead of having to keep open luggage on the floor. Perhaps the wicker basket is there for that purpose, but it’s not enough. Also overall more comfortable seating. A reading chair in the room and additional seating in the common area. The one love seat in the common area was often in use when I wanted to relax there.

Perfect location in Morelia
Pros:

Charming hotel in historic building. Rooms all on ground floor. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Some days breakfast, every day continental breakfast in small lobby area. Our room (two double beds) was very spacious and comfortable. Best of all, location was close to everything! Walking distance to everything!

A 5+++ stay. Beautiful.
Pros:

This is the most wonderful hotel we stayed in in Mexico. It is a 5+++. If you are like us and love to stay in hotels that reflect the culture and the heartbeat of the city you must stay here. When you arrive you get to pick your own bar of handmade soap to take home with you. It was my birthday and the staff bought me a vase of flowers and left them in my room. The staff are so cute and speak great English. They go out of their way to help you. Dulce and Anna made our stay remarkable. They are so caring and went out of their way to help us. Luz and Emma were also special. Our room was in the front of the hotel and we were amazed we heard no noise. The windows and shutters provide a buffer. A continental breakfast is included, which was enough for us. We ordered a ham omelet on our last day and it was very good. Their coffee is a sweet cinnamon coffee. For breakfast it was a little too sweet for us. Pro tip - there is an OXXO a half block away and they have a coffee shop inside, go there before breakfast. The El Pastor taco shop across the street is the perfect lunch or light dinner break. Please stay here - the price is right and the location in the old town is a must. Enjoy!
