Cheap, clean spacious and friendly.
Pros:

The room was very well priced, cheap and sizable. I think this place was exceptionally clean and well kept compared to many other similarly priced locations. The bathroom was shared but really big and the lady who takes care of the place was very kind making sure we were given fans over the heat wave and was very attentive to all the guests I saw entering. Highly recommended.

Cons:

Literally just that my map assumed the wrong address due to so many similar numbers that are lettered so be careful when looking for it as I turned up to the wrong address haha

Good value. Lovely welcome. Recommended.

Wonderful and very helpful landlady.
Very clean (I booked an en-suite) with all essentials provided and good facilities.

Cons:

Very little. A bigger TV (it's tiny)... if I was to use it to watch something.

Covered all my needs
Pros:

Free parking on site. Greeted by very lovely lady who provided exceptional service. I was attending Coldplay concert at Wembley, so used U3 bus to Uxbridge tube. Easy journey both ways. Room was tidy and just what I needed for an overnight stay.

Cons:

I would have to be picky as it covered all my needs, perhaps milk in the room rather that all in a fridge downstairs would save a walk.
