Very quiet, comfortable beds, nice bath to relax in after hiking and sky tv.

Cons:

It is budget friendly, it needs a bit of TLC but was fine.

Good value for money
Pros:

Easy to reach by car. Perfectly located for my plans. Met my expectations. Good communication fine-tuning my arrival. Good value for money.

Cons:

At that time no breakfast and no bar-food available. But I knew that before booking.

I think I got what I paid for but room for improvement. Room cleaning fine. Owner mostly helpful
Pros:

I think a decent location to visit Conwy etc.
Easy anf free car parking

Cons:

No food at all (in fairness, it did say so on the booking email so we took breakfast with us)
Bathroom door would not close and no hand rail for shower - a safety issue for me.

Enjoyed our stay a lot, but because we had to eat out all the time, it ended up being more expensive than we would have
Pros:

Lovely spot, nice and quiet. Nice size room, comfy bed. Lovely view.

Cons:

Nowhere close by to buy/eat food. Only once you have booked you find out they do not do breakfast anymore. A microwave to use would be really useful, then I would have scored 10 for facilities.

Good for the money
Pros:

Location was beautiful and convenient for our purposes. We were visiting Conwy and it was only a short drive

Cons:

The mattresses could do with updating as they were very sagged

I didn't like that one thing near the washroom side area carpet was fully wet... And unfortunately. I haven't night sleepers with us..

1 night stay, good location.

The room was a little run down, shower was terrible, electric shower, hard to get the right temperature and was a trickle, possible water pressure problem, wouldn't want to stay for more than 1 night, new bathrooms would make a big difference,
