Great hotel, great room. Way over priced due to miscellaneous add on fees.

Pros:

It was clean, comfortable, and had a friendly staff. It was located close to a park with a walking path along the river. It had an indoor pool and spa that I enjoyed. There were complimentary drinks and snacks in the afternoon, and a breakfast in the morning.

We didn’t like the breakfast very much.

Cons:

While having breakfast in the lobby, staff seemed very loud when talking with other guests or co-workers. Such a big space with tall ceilings- realize the sound travels and it could be disruptive. Warm breakfast option was nice but repetitive.

Pros:

Very nice place, much better than one would expect when visiting Bend for the first time. Great amenities like a pool and a gym, very comfortable rooms. Things here are just peaceful and quiet, so it's easy to unwind just by being here.

Nice hotel with dirty unsafe rooms
Pros:

The hotel itself was nice, but the rooms were problematic. There were dirty dishes in the sink and big stains all over the rug. The door between the rooms was really heavy but slid really fast and didn't have a way to lock open or closed, so it posed a safety hazard to our children who accidentally moved it and got their hands caught. The frame on the bed stuck out really far and had sharp edges so both of the adults had both bruises and scrapes. That said, the lobby and outdoor area are lovely. I just wish we didn't leave beat up.
