Very poor service considering the cost. I rated it fair but was quite disappointed.
Pros:

Convenient location, beautiful facility, well set up for extended stay, but operation is poorly managed and staff very sluggish.

Cons:

Room was not vacuumed well, hide-a-bed had dirty sheets/blanket, but clean ones were in the drawer, so we changed them. Breakfast was not ready at 7AM as advertised. No coffee was ready, had to ask them to make some not only at breakfast, but also at check-in the day before. When coffee was ready it was weak and tasteless. Staff was friendly but disorganized and moved slowly. The featured strawberry crepes were good, but with only one person in the kitchen the wait time was long even though we were the second order of the morning. wifi took many tries to connect including a trip to the front desk for help. Very disappointed in how this facility is managed/operated. Having worked in customer service for decades, I expect a higher-end hospitality location to perform much better than this. Cannot recommend this location as we left feeling short-changed. The night before we stayed in a Fairfield by Marriot at about 2/3 the cost, and much better service. We will know to avoid Element in the future.

It was the best and most comfortable hotel we had on our 5 day trip.
Pros:

Didn’t make it to breakfast but imagine it was great. I loved the hot tea in the lobby when I arrived. Rooms were large clean and fully stocked. Courtyard looked nice at night.

Cons:

Paying for parking with no info regarding that before booking! Not very friendly, basic info. Staff was not very inviting.

Open and airy. Nice outdoor space. Friendly, responsive staff. Comfy beds

Beautiful facilities. Great staff. The location is fantastic. Room was nice, clean.

Cons:

As much as I hate the idea of sitting on cushions, some outdoor cushions for the unique assortment of discomforts that make up the outdoor seating in the courtyard would be greatly appreciated.

Comfortable stay
Pros:

Nice and spacious rooms. Location was pretty good, although you can hear traffic and trains at night. Gym was wel equipped and my kids loved the pool.

Cons:

Staff was nice overall, but a couple employees were…I would say, indifferent. Not a big deal but a simple Hello would be nice when you enter the building.

Please calculate your parking fee in the total amount as this felt as an unexpected and unnecessary expense in my opinion.

Great rooms and pool area.
Pros:

Clean and tidy.

Cons:

Breakfast is not for picky eaters. Not your typical bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy, or waffles. Paying $10 a night to park was not expected and a little much.

Pros:

Everything! The vibe/aesthetic is immaculate. Breakfast was actually so good! Got the menu item of the day, sweet potato hash, beautifully plated and really quite yummy! Will be back!

Modern, comfortable retreat left us feeling relaxed and refreshed
Pros:

The king size bed was comfortable. Nice modern design with high ceilings. Loved the nightlight effect in the shower at night and all the sprays. Appreciated the real utensils in the cabinets, along with the built in storage. It was nice to come into the room with an expansive view of the city and a big screen tv on to welcome us. And the room smelled good. Appreciated everything including the strawberry crepes and orange juice for breakfast.

Cons:

We could have used more real coffee and cream in the room so we didn’t have to make a trip downstairs to the lobby the second morning. And some of the walls could have a little touch up paint to keep it looking fresh and new.
