Tale of two nights. First room gloomy with minute bathroom too small to move inastaff promptly chanv
Pros:

Good variety, pancakes and squeezable Marmite, lots of choice.
Wonderful helpful and cheerful staff who responded quickly and appropriately to complaints about first room with move to grand room with lovely view and spacious bathroom. Both rooms had very comfortable beds and good bed linens and towels.

Cons:

Cramped first night in dark room with minuscule bathroom.very depressing and uncomfortable.

Bike and beaut!
Pros:

Complimentary drinks in lounge, pleasant lounge area with sea view, toiletries, friendly staff, great atmosphere and facilities for dogs even though we don't have one. Great price and super stay, highly recommended thanks 😊

Very enjoyable break in a nice quirky hotel
Pros:

The Cinema Room downstairs was excellent for watching the World Cup Football

If and when I revisit Scarborough I would definitely stay here!
Pros:

Fabulous hotel comfortable and probably the best in Scarborough ❤️

Cons:

The seagulls were an absolute nightmare and kept me awake🥵

Mycket trevligt.
Pros:

Läget är mycket bra. Det är nära till både järnvägsstationen och stranden. Frukosten var helt okej. Saknade dock grönsaker.

Cons:

Det kan inte skyllas på hotellet men det var ett jäkla liv på fiskmåsarna som tydligen hade ett tillhåll på hotellets baksida. Förstod efter första natten varför det låg påsar med öronproppar i rummet. Safen fungerade inte när vi kom. Personalen löste det dock snabbt.

Unsatisfied customer breakfast terrible
Pros:

The room was very nice and decorated ok

Cons:

Well let's start first the breakfast costing £15 each was terrible streaky bacon scrambled eggs that looked like it had been done the night before and beans that was your cooked breakfast
The bathroom the sink was to near the toilet so you struggled to sit down anybody that was a bit on the chunky side it would have been impossible. The seating in the restaurant was hard to get a seat ,we left hotel at 10:00 and went for something to eat as both hungry and had a beautiful breakfast in town which cost us £8:00each which filled us up for the rest of the day .
Definitely would not pay for breakfast in hotel or order any food from menu
