Great for dogs
Pros:

Conveniently located property and great that it allows pets.

Cons:

Wish they would have walked us through what was possibly with dog wash facilities etc. the literature in the room didn’t really walk you through it. Also there was an ice machine outside the room that was driving me and the dog crazy all night.

Perfect hotel with some very special extra touches
Pros:

I love this hotel and have stayed many times. All the little extra touches really go a long way. And the restaurant and bar is beautiful.

Cons:

I have one complaint. Our bed was so uncomfortable. We hardly slept. Not had this before though

Pros:

A great stay staff was fantastic nothing was any trouble. All staff always had a smile on their faces.
Made us feel welcome

Cons:

Mattress was a bit hard for us. But thats a personal choice.

Gute Lage, renovierte Zimmer und neue Möbel, inkl. Badezimmer/WC
Sehr gutes Restaurant a la carte

Cons:

Der Rest des Gebäudes ist nicht alt, sondern sehr alt. Wenn du das Fenster, Schiebefenster nach oben, öffnest, beginnt es wackeln und verursacht bei Wind starke Klappergeräusche. An Schlafen ist nicht tu denken.

Pretty good VFM but bedroom a little small.
Pros:

Great breakfast really good value for money. Good central location and parking okay if you are patient. Nice spacious lounges with free tea and coffee plus biscuits.

Cons:

Rooms are small and the shower miniscule. Bedroom hot at night - we had trouble opening the window at first but sorted it later.

Perfect to stay in when attending concerts.
Pros:

In a lovely spot. Hotel has a modern feel to it.

Cons:

Room was very hot, only a window to help with cooling down, window old and stiff. Breakfast a little chaotic.

Lovely spot,perfect for dog owners
Pros:

Great location near spa,good,large bar area,lots of lovely dogs 🐶 small room but absolutely thought of everything you may need,very good use of space,friendly staff

Cons:

Very small boot room(but i knew it was cosy when i booked) would upgrade next time,no parking unless you are unbelievably lucky ! Quite noisy through the door

Lovely first visit to the bike and boot hotel
Pros:

The room was bigger than expected, decor was our style. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was perfect in easy walk to everything. We would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

The only negative we have is the window had a crack in one pane of glass, the frames were in need of attention but that is the only thing I can say.

My new first choice of hotel for any future stay in Scarborough.
Pros:

Excellent location, Helpful staff on arrival. A warm, welcoming ambience as soon as you walk in. Room was adequate for a short stay. Enough wall hangers for our coats etc, Bed was comfortable. Bathroom clean and well stocked with toiletries. A good choice of healthy options at breakfast. We didn`t dine there but the lunch/dinner menu looked enticing. My new first choice of hotel for any future stay in Scarborough.

Pros:

Hot water, fluffy big towels, free ponchos, coffee machine, free hot drinks in lobby, great location, fan, comfy bed, clean bed linen, 11am check out

Cons:

Carpets in the rooms. Parking can be a little tricky to find a space. We selected the cheapest room option, but the sink and toilet were very close together
