Stayed to go to theatre a very nice hotel Breakfast very good

Convenient and comfy
Pros:

Good location, good parking, comfy rooms, friendly staff usually, breakfast good

Cons:

Stayed before so I know the restaurant can be basic so I dined outside the town in the evening had a wonderful meal at a gastro pub
Next day tried a restaurant staff had previously recommended for lunch it was disappointing too
When this hotel originally opened it had better catering although the breakfast is always good

Affordable, central, clean
Pros:

Very clean and modern. Great facilities and location. Parking was easy and the staff were extremely polite and helpful. Cannot fault it

Fab hotel - would stay again if in the area
Pros:

Clean and modern. Large twin room - very comfy beds - great shower. Front of house staff really good - accommodated our request for a quiet room with no problem

Nice hotel
Pros:

The breakfast was nice, the bathroom was well equipped with shampoo , moisturiser, hand wash and shower gel. The two restaurant breakfast staff were friendly. Air-conditioning kept the room comfortable.

Cons:

Room booked for three people but only two towels in the room, the receptionist was slightly condescending, the car park would be more convenient if it was closer and we didn't need to cross a busy road.

Pros:

Honestly I’ve never stayed in such a lovely hotel! Staff were absolutely amazing! Daina was brilliant.

Pros:

Hotel exelant location for theatre and museam and town centre there is a multi story car park smithfeilds directly oppisite the hotel

Cons:

If u traval with a dog u will have have issues getting a cab to the hotel from railway station as nearly all will refuse to take u there is a bus link 21 from station but is very congested most of time

The staff where horrific so un welcoming and hostile they gave me a double bed and a single pull out for 4 people and only 3 pillows
