Good quality
Pros:

Room was decent size. Free breakfast was a bonus; seems very hard to come by that in Japan. Onsen is available but we did not use it.
Staff was friendly and helpful. Great location.
The smart TV was great quality, if that matters to you.

Cons:

Personally, the big step from the bedroom into the bathroom was uncomfortable especially in the middle of the night. Wasn't a fan of the motion sensor light at night either.
