apesar das funcionárias atenciosas acima da média, a estadia foi decepcionante, por não ser hotel.
Pros:

A equipe, muito atenciosa e prestativa.

Cons:

O Bistu se apresenta como um hotel, inclusive no preço, mas seus serviços são de um hostel ou, no máximo, pousada. São aproximadamente 15 quartos a céu aberto. Essa quantidade impede que os serviços e comodidades característicos de hotéis estejam à disposição.

São 2 ou 3 funcionários para executar todas as tarefas; não há portaria 24 horas ou recepcionista exclusivo. Os hóspedes ficam com a chave da entrada.

Também, o café da manhã, muito enxuto, é servido no mesmo espaço da portaria, tendo, também, uma cozinha compartilhada, tudo em um local pequeno.

Por fim, não há telefone de contato no quarto e um nível de ruído interno compatível com hotéis.

Enfim, é um hostel/pousada, não um hotel, por isso a avaliação aquém.
