Pros:

Hotel pulito.e camere ampie. Personale cortese. Colazione buona. Qualità generale che rispeccchia la categoria per cui è classificato. Se non avete grandi pretese è ottima scelta.

Pros:

Convenient to everything along Elm St in Manchester. There was a mini fridge in the room

Cons:

No microwave in the room but there is one in the lobby to use.

Clean and everything worked.

Cons:

Extremely loud music coming from parking area across the street. Police moved them out at 1030 pm, but they were back at 630 am. Police arrived again and moved them out. I realize this wasn’t caused by Tru, but it negatively impacted our stay.

Nice place would have been better with a few more amenities in the room
Pros:

The breakfast was just okay.

Cons:

My biggest complaint is no coffee in the rooms. Who in the world wants to get up and have to get fully dressed to go downstairs to get a cup of coffee? It makes no sense to me. A microwave in the room would also have been very nice. It's not like your rooms are not big enough to accommodate these things. That was very disappointing

Room was fine & fresh bedding, beds comfortable.

Cons:

Unwelcoming staff, appalling breakfast & cleanliness.
Location good for getting to the theatre, shop’s & train station, but a very run down area that doesn’t feel safe

The enviroment. I attended my SNHU Commencement and the whole staff was si cheerful! Thanks a lot

Stayed here for my graduation weekend! It was AMAZING.
