Bien pero puede mejorar
Pros:

La alberca es lo mejor, agua esta tibia ya que le da el sol directo, tienen clima las habitaciones eso es un mega plus ya que hacia mucho calor, la habitación era amplia y limpia

Cons:

El personal era muy desesperado, nunca nos trataron mal ni nada, pero siempre apurados, si pedías algo no se esperaban a que terminaras de ordenar cuando ya estaban caminando hacia otro lado, fue un poco incomodo pero tal vez fue mi perspectiva personal.
Las instalaciones son bonitas pero están un poco descuidadas.

Encargada no tiene el control del servicio q contrato uno la alberca no ledan el mantenimiento necesario las habitaciones no cumplen con lo descrito en la aplicación

La ubicación perfecta para llegar al evento que fuimos,

Cons:

La habitación limpia, con colchones incomodos y una microplasma, el aire si estuvo perfecto, el jardin bonito, la alberca agradable de diseño, pues estaba asquerosa, imposible disfrutarla, deben de limpiarla y darle mantenimiento, por lo tanto lo que cobraron fue demasiado para lo que ofrecieron

talvez la ubicacion, estaba a 5 minutos de donde fue el avento al que asistí

Cons:

No tenian papel en el baño ni jabon, aunque la habitacion estaba limpia considero que el precio es elevado por lo que recibes (habitacion y amenidades)

Pésima, cancelaron la reserva, sin avisar y tuve que buscar donde pasar la noche

nada, llegué y me dijeron que la reserva estaba cancelada, que me estuvieron marcando, pero no tengo llamadas perdidas de ellos

cancelaron la reserva con 1 hora de aviso, no pude ni ver que la habían cancelado, por que ya me encontraba manejando al destino
