Dog Stays - We have dog friendly properties where 1 dog of up to 30 kilos is welcome. Registered service animals will be permitted in all locations where notice has been given prior to arrival. Additional charges apply for dogs (excluding registered service dogs) and a completed pet waiver upon check-in is mandatory. It is your responsibility before arrival to check that dogs are permitted at the Property.

Storage of luggage after 23:59 on the day of arrival and/or departure (storage is free until 23.59 pm on the day of arrival and/or departure).

Gym Disclaimer - Guests are now all required to sign a gym disclaimer in order to be able to use the gym. Disappointing
Pros:

The location is great, kitchen facility in my room was good.
Aesthetically pleasing hotel, very modern. Integrated coffee shop was a nice addition

Cons:

There was no window in our room (despite all online photos having a window and nothing stated it wouldn’t have one) alongside mould on the shower head and blocked sink. It was not nice brushing our teeth / showering initially. We originally asked to move rooms due to the window situation which we were told would be an additional £100+ cost, so we left it due to already spending a lot. We then noticed the blocked sink and mould and raised a complaint, we were then told there was a room we were able to change to for then an hour later told it was an error and the room wasn’t actually available. We did end up having our sink unblocked and shower cleaned properly, which we appreciated however don’t understand why that wasn’t done prior to us checking in and after all the hassle of us changing room to then not being able to. The staff were just really not helpful or accommodating from the minute we checked in, throughout the issues we raised - until check out. Was pretty disappointing.

The hotel is in a great location on the river, right next to Millennium Bridge a very short walk to St Paul’s Cathedral.

Pros:

The staff were warm and welcoming, we received a complimentary room upgrade which was very generous. The location is wonderful, super close to the tube, river walks and the TATE.

Cons:

If you look closely, the rooms are in major need of a refresh. The larger room we were put in was also very small, so I can only imagine what the smaller rooms would be like.

Η καθημερινή αποκομιδή των καλαθιών αχρήστων από το μπάνιο και το δωμάτιο δεν προσφερόταν. Τα κάναμε εμείς για να διατηρούμε το χώρο όπως πρέπει. Ήταν με χρέωση αυτή η παροχή. Επίσης για τη διαμονή μας (6 διανυκτερεύσεις)χρειάστηκε να αγοράσουμε χαρτί υγείας και προϊόντα μπάνιου.

Great hotel, poor breakfast
Pros:

We loved the location, the room and the people who worked there.

Cons:

We were disappointed with the breakfast. The options were very limited, as you could only choose one item from the menu and were not allowed to combine dishes. For example, it wasn’t possible to have yogurt together with avocado toast because they were considered separate menu items. Even adding an egg to the avocado toast came at an extra charge.

There were also very few healthy options available. Several items listed on the menu were not available during our stay, which made the selection even more limited. We missed having fresh fruit, yogurt, and the flexibility to combine different breakfast items to create a more balanced meal.

Great location but poor facilities
Pros:

Location is great and decor lovely

Cons:

TV didn't work - we let reception know within an hour of check-in but we were not offered another room, or any assurance it would be fixed. It wasn't fixed and nothing was said to us. Pillows were not comfortable and shower gel was empty. Our room was mostly clean but there were stains on pillowcases and water marks on the wood surrounding our bed.

Superfeines Früstück. Perfekte Lage im Zentrum. In 10 Minuten zu Fuss an der nächsten Metrostation.
