Dog Stays - We have dog friendly properties where 1 dog of up to 30 kilos is welcome. Registered service animals will be permitted in all locations where notice has been given prior to arrival. Additional charges apply for dogs (excluding registered service dogs) and a completed pet waiver upon check-in is mandatory. I would never stay there again. I would not recommend anyone to either. NO WINDOWS

The biggest shock was realising that my 'Superior Studio'-was actually a windowless cell- @£215 per night!!. I have just checked the spec and it definitely does not say no window- there is a window as you can see in the picture on booking.com of my room - but it's to a lift shaft!! It felt like an underground bunker with no natural light. The lights were flickery (more bunker feel) and I got stuck in the shower as there was no handle on the shower door!!!

Pros:

Die Lage ist einmalig. Die Wohnung war klein und ich würde es eher als ein Zimmer mit Doppelbett und einem kleinen Tisch und im Flur einer kleinen Küchenzeile bezeichnen. Es war aber alles vorhanden was man für einen Aufenthalt braucht. Die Dusche war super, auch für zwei geeignet. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt würde ich persönlich die etwas größere Wohnung nehmen.
Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist in dieser Lage super.

Cons:

Das einzige was ich zu bemängeln habe ist das sehr kleine Waschbecken im Bad.

Bien dans l’ensemble, mais la chaleur dans la chambre a vraiment nui au confort du séjour.
Pros:

L’emplacement de l’hôtel, la propreté

Cons:

Une seule fenêtre, qu’on ne pouvait pas ouvrir. Il faisait chaud dans la chambre et nous n’arrivions pas à baisser le thermostat. Nous avons demandé à ce que la température soit diminuée, mais malgré cela, le thermostat est toujours resté à 24 °C.

Fijn verblijf maar verbeterpunten
Pros:

Mooie inrichting van de kamer, mooie badkamer.
Fijne gym.

Cons:

De kamer had geen raam naar buiten, maar naar de receptie. Hierdoor was de kamer heel donker en kon ik geen raam open doen.
Voor het ontbijt (dat per persoon wordt gemaakt) mochten we maar uit 3 opties kiezen. Dan had ik liever per dag ontbijt gekozen, yoghurt was voor het inclusieve ontbijt niet beschikbaar. Ook moesten we er erg lang op wachten.

très bon séjour
Pros:

l'hôtel était idéalement situé pour visiter la ville. Nous avons apprécié la douche spacieuse et notre chambre "appartement"

Cons:

le petit déjeuner était "moyen" à notre goût, nous préférons un buffet que les commandes au comptoir pour le matin

Brilluant will come back.

Great rooms and fabulous location
Pros:

This was a fabulous location. Close to many attractions. The rooms were great and we really appreciated the small kitchen. Also having a washing machine in the room was a real bonus.

Cons:

I felt the staff could have been a little more welcoming.

Zimmer bei Ankunft stark verschmutzt – keine Reinigung trotz mehrfacher Zusage
Pros:

Hervorragende Lage und gutes W-LAN. Buchung, Check-In und Ankunft verliefen ohne Probleme. Die Ausstattung im Gym war in Ordnung.

Cons:

Bei unserer Ankunft waren alle Flächen im Zimmer sehr staubig (siehe Bilder). Im Schrank befand sich die eingestaubte Unterhose eines vorherigen Gastes. Die Lampen waren ebenfalls dreckig und extrem verstaubt. Auf dem Boden lag neben Staubballen ein Stück Holz und in der Ecke über dem Sofa saß eine dicke Spinne.

An zwei aufeinanderfolgenden Morgen wurde uns eine Reinigung des Zimmers im Laufe des Tages versprochen. Zweimal haben wir bei unserer Rückkehr das Zimmer allerdings genauso vorgefunden, wie wir es verlassen hatten - Unterhose, Stück Holz und Spinne immer noch am selben Ort. Die darauffolgende Nacht haben wir daher das Hotel gewechselt.

In einer Nachricht hat das Hotel die Umstände zwar bedauert, aber meine Anfrage auf Rückerstattung wurde ohne Begründung abgelehnt.

Average at best
Pros:

The breakfast was average at best, I would recommend not pre-paying for it, rather use your kitchenette to prepare your own cereal or porridge, eggs etc - there's plenty of super markets nearby where your pound goes further. I had to wait for nearly 1 hour for scrambled eggs on toast!

Cons:

The Airconditioning didn't function in my room (509) even over a 5 night stay this issue was never addressed by the hotel maintenance staff. Poor reaction really! The toilet in the reception was permanently "Out of Order" - when I asked what was wrong with it, I got a shoulder shrug and a "whatever" attitude.
