Great place to stay!
Pros:

We booked a room with a king sized bed and the hide-a-bed. It was very spacious and very clean. The parking garage was locked up at the exit, adding an extra layer of security.

Cons:

The amount of addicts and homeless were not far from the property, but there is nothing you can do about that due to its vicinity to the bridges.

I felt welcomed, appreciated and taken care of.
Pros:

Staff was friendly, attentive, helpful. Rooms nicely designed and very clean. Pool and fitness areas clean and welcoming. Parking convenient. Breakfast plentiful, healthy, served in clean environment.

Cons:

Very little not to like. The decor was a little boring.

This was a 10 out-of 10 hotel that exceeded our expectations
Pros:

This hotel was absolutely amazing. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, from check-in to check-out; we were given a late check-out time of 1pm and did not have to pay any fees for the late check-out. The continental breakfast was incredible because they offered two different kinds of waffle batter, scrambled eggs, sausage links, hard boiled eggs, potatoes, yogurt cups, fresh fruit, cottage cheese, three different cold cereals, and coffee/juices/tea. Our room was very clean and spacious. The mattress was one of the most comfortable beds we have slept on for a hotel in this price range and the cotton bed sheets were so incredibly soft. The location was ideal, especially if you have to visit someone in the hospital right next door. With that being said, it was very quiet at night. Additionally, the hotel is very close to downtown so it is ideal for a short drive to the attractions there. We felt every safe and there were no homeless people or crack heads wandering around the hotel. Finally, the gym/fitness equipment were brand new and it would be a great place to workout. The pool is indoor so you could enjoy a swim without worrying about the weather. Again this hotel and the stay there was a 10 out-of 10 for us and it exceeded our expectations for the price.

Cons:

Honestly, there was nothing we did not like. This was the best value for everything we got. We loved it here and will stay here on our next visit.

A Wonderful Stay
Pros:

Location and complimentary breakfast were great! Staff were friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable and room was very clean. Will def stay here again if back in Spokane.

Emergency Accomodations
Pros:

My wife and I had to evacuate our home last Sunday night at 10:30 due to wildfires. We tried to find a place with a room for about 45 minutes when we lucked out and there was a cancellation at Hampton Suites Downtown. We didn't know how long we would stay so chose to go day to day. The staff was so accommodating and nice to us that I just can't say enough good things. The hotel is very nice, clean, good breakfasts, and in a safe area. I couldn't be more impressed with the care they gave us. I would highly recommend to anyone needing a place to stay. Thank You!!
