Das Frühstück und auch das Dinner waren ausgezeichnet. Die Lage sehr zentral. Die Hotelparkplätze sind auch für große SUV's geeignet.

La ubicación.

Cons:

Fui con muchas expectativas pero no cumplió, el wc no estaba bien limpio y había pelos en la cama. El desayuno también me decepcionó, no había chocolate caliente porque la maquina tuvo un problema, había agua caliente en termos para el té y el agua estaba de otro color. Había solo 2 personas atendiendo el comedor. Nosotros en lo personal no tuvimos buena experiencia con el Hotel, quizás tuvimos mala suerte.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön. Während unseres Aufenthaltes haben wir zweimal das Zimmer gewechselt. Beide Zimmer waren sehr gut ausgestattet. Jeden Tag erhielten wir Espressokapseln, was für uns als Kaffeetrinker eine tolle zusätzliche Leistung war. Das Frühstück war vielfältig und ausgezeichnet.
Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Freundlichkeit des gesamten Personals – von den Reinigungsdamen über die Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter im Speisesaal und an der Bar bis hin zum Team an der Rezeption.
Vielen Dank für den wunderbaren Aufenthalt in Den Haag!

Our Hague July stay :)

Świetna lokalizacja.
Czyste pokoje choć trochę zaniedbane - nie działał jeden kontakt w łazience, były plamy na ścianach. Wentylator wydawał dźwięki, ale na tyle nie przeszkadzające dla mnie i męża, że nie prosiliśmy o zmianę pokoju.
Czysty i działający ekspres nespresso wraz z kapsułkami. Trzy rodzaje herbaty do wyboru.
Mini lodówka spełniała swoje zadanie i faktycznie chłodziła.
Ładne zapachy żelu pod prysznic i mydła do rąk.
Podajnik z darmową wodą pitną na poziomie 0.
Ładny i elegancki wystrój hotelu.
Uprzejma i profesjonalna obsługa.
Żelazko i deska do prasowania dostępne w pokoju.

Cons:

Pokój był dość ciemny, moim zdaniem brakowało jednego światła centralnego w przestrzeni sypialnianej.
Hotel oferuje voucher na 5 euro za noc dla osób, które rezygnują ze sprzątania pokoju. Nie dowiedziałam się niestety na recepcji, gdzie mogę ten voucher wykorzystać poza "zakupieniem" gałek lodów Movenpick. Otrzymałam dwie sprzeczne informacje. Fajnie, gdyby pracownicy byli dokładnie poinformowani, gdzie i na jakich warunkach można ten voucher wykorzystać. Poza tym obsługa świetna.

Tolles Hotel mit Angestellten, die es noch mehr aufwerten.

Das Hotel hat uns rundum gut gefallen bei einer genialen Lage.
Das Personal war toll! Durch Menschen, wie den kompetenten und freundlich-lustigen Gastronomiemitarbeiter Ayman war der Aufenthalt besonders angenehm.

Super schönes, gut gelegenes und sauberes Hotel.
Ich würde wieder hier reservieren und kann das Hotel nur empfehlen.

Cons:

Parkplatz ist schon teuer. Jedoch verglichen mit den Preisen ausserhalb des Hotels angepasst.

Am Frühstücksbuffet hätte ich mir mehr Obst gewünscht, Mandelmilch,..
Das Buffet war aber liebevoll gestaltet und jeder hat was gefunden was er mag :-)
