The breakfast was fine
In room 103 there are bed bugs. And the toilet is not secured to the floor causing a sewer smell.
Location was perfect. Clean and close to restaurants and groceries
The bar/breakfast room was above our room so heard chairs being moved across the floor all hours. VERY annoying and hard to sleep. Also had some random lady sitting on our patio. No fault of the hotel.
Coffee was good and the staff was very knowledgeable about the area. The lake was very nice!
In the room the telephone and refrigerator did not work. The bathroom door was very difficult to open and close.
Clean New and Location.
Mattresses are horrible! And the staff could’ve been much more friendly and welcoming!!

Very comfortable beds. Clean. Great room size.
Water pressure was very low. No luggage carts made it very difficult to bring in our things in multiple trips.
Excellent, clean and welcoming hotel. I was traveling with my dog, and very happy with the room size, I also opted for an outside patio, but actually did not use it as there was a great area around the lake for exercising my dog easily and safely. The hotel felt very safe for a solo woman traveler, and would stay again, although I thought the pet fee was a little high for one dog at $75 per night.
Great variety.
Waffles and french toast was dry. Would be better made from scratch/fresh. Did not care for coffee it was bitter. I am a Caribou Coffee fan!
breakfast was ok - no pancakes or waffles, no biscuits and gravy... but there was enough choie since we are not big breakfast eaters

Location was perfect. Hotel room was exactly what I needed. Very quiet and clean. Restaurant staff was super helpful. Breakfast was awesome. Finding a patio and a beach on the backside of the hotel was a bonus!
I interacted with 3 different front desk people. One person was awesome, very personable and helpful. The other two were standoff-ish, made me feel like I was bothering them, answered my questions and were helpful but were just giving me "whatever..." vibes. It felt awkward.
Breakfast choices and quality of food was very good.
The hotel location was close to family friendly evening meal options.
The lake offers a lovely view, and the walking path around the lake is great for a morning walk.
Three generations of our family, from age 9 years to age 72 years, enjoyed staying at Hyatt Place.
The breakfast was fantastic. Eggs, bacon/sausage, fruit, yogurt, waffles, milk, coffee and juices. Every item was delicious. One of the best breakfasts we’ve had which was included with a hotel stay. Loved everything about your hotel. Well done!
