Cons:

1. No support for shifting the luggage to the room,
2. Laundry Time is too long
3. Too much time taken during failure of AC and very difficult to manage at that time and no alternative room provided during that

Great hotel
Pros:

Room was lovely and well looked after by housekeeping staff. Reception staff were very helpful

Cons:

Breakfast was not great. Eggs been sitting a while, some foods were just not very nice.

Pros:

Hotel facilities are great, location is great. Rooms are very big and clean. Good value.

Cons:

Only thing to mention here is that it's pretty hard to talk to staff because most of them don't speak english.

일층 커피샵이 조용해서 기다리면서 업무 보기 편합니다.

Cons:

호텔룸에 베치된 컴퓨터용 책상이 너무 낮아서, 컴퓨터 작업시에 허리를 많이 굽혀야 합니다.

구미 오면 여기 묵으세요. 후회하지 않을 거예요.
Pros:

구미,군위 등 대구 지역 오면 꼭 들릴겁니다.
창문 냉장고 심지어 전자레인지까지.
객실 밖 엘리베이터 쪽에 정수기 설치.
5성급과 비교해도 손상 없는 호텔이었어요.
이런 호텔이라면 국내외 여행시 숙소로 스트레스 받을 일은 없겠네요. 급배수도 시원했고, 모든 게 깨끗해서 편히 쉬었어요.
근처 외할머니가 식당도 만족해서 추천드립니다.
