Exceptional Stay
Pros:

I'm having a wonderful stay at Marriott. The hospitality was excellent, and the staff were extremely courteous, attentive, and always ready to help. The housekeeping team did a great job of maintaining cleanliness and ensuring everything was comfortable throughout my stay. The buffet was delicious, with a wide variety of fresh and tasty options. A special thanks to Raju and the entire team for their warm service and professionalism, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I truly appreciate their efforts and would happily recommend this hotel to others.

Excellent dining experience and overall service
Pros:

We stayed for one night. The rooms were spacious, clean, comfortable and visually very appealing too.

The service was very professional yet amiable. Every person was very hospitable and made our stay spectacular. From the front desk a special mention for Ms. Kankana for providing us with rooms to our liking and looking after various details we asked for. From the floor service a special mention for Mr. Sudam who looked after all our needs very promptly and with an ever smiling, polite face. At both dinner and breakfast we were served and looked after by Ms. Jaya, who also was very professional, friendly, polite, brisk and prompt in her service. She went out of her way to serve us and to look into all we wanted.

Overall the stay was very comfortable, rejuvenating and enjoyable. We enjoyed every bit and look forward to visiting again.

C What made our experience especially memorable was Nikita at the Vertex Bar. She went far above and beyond to ensure every moment was exceptional. Her knowledge of beverages, remarkable craftsmanship, and genuine passion for hospitality were evident in every interaction.

What impressed us most was her ability to give personalized attention to each guest while effortlessly managing the bar, preparing drinks, and engaging with everyone around her. She made us feel valued and special, creating an experience that was not just service, but true hospitality.

Nikita is a tremendous asset to Fairfield Kolkata, and her dedication reflects the very best of the Marriott spirit. She played a significant role in making our stay unforgettable.

1 week stay at fairfield Marriot Kolkata
Pros:

The hotel is very new and clean, the staff are great. The best part if the morning breakfast, which is more like a brunch (it’s a must have, and great way to start the dat). The amenities including the gym is nice.

The housekeeping fellow Soudam is sweet and tool care of us.
