Pros:

Everything from the staff,.the facilities, to the restaurants. Everything was great. The staff welcome was exceptional. Special mention to Avirup and his staff in the ground floor who are extremely welcoming. We also enjoyed the strong support for bengali culture, be it in the hilsa food festival, or in the conversations in bangla.

Cons:

Price of the room fluctuates a lot. Tv could have had access to Netflix.

Cons:

I am disappointed with my recent stay due to the service provided by the check-in staff, Ms. Nikita.

When I checked in late at night, her behavior was rude and unprofessional. She did not handle my concerns properly and seemed inattentive during the check-in process.

I was charged ₹3,100 for an extra bed, while my total bill was ₹11,136. However, instead of providing a proper foldable hotel extra bed, only a very thin and hard mattress (approximately 1.5–2 inches thick) was provided on the floor, which was extremely uncomfortable to sleep on.

Considering the amount charged, I expected a standard Marriott-quality extra bed. Even a better-quality mattress could be purchased through Blinkit or Zepto for around ₹1,000–₹1,300, so the value provided did not justify the additional charge.

I understand that Ms. Nikita may have been under operational pressure, but guest comfort and professional service should never be compromised.

My suggestion: Marriott should ensure that all properties provide proper foldable extra beds with quality mattresses whenever guests are charged for an extra bed. Front desk staff should also be trained to communicate politely and handle guest concerns professionally.

I hope this feedback is taken seriously to improve the experience for future guests.

Location and food option.

Cons:

When I asked for antiseptic (dettol), they don't have. When my wife asked for aadhaar and pan printout, one of the guy said that it would cost Rs. 10 per page and also asked her to check just outside to take the printout. Good that I asked one gentle lady and she gave it to me.

A clean comfy place with high standards of service
Pros:

Cleanliness, high standards of customer service, location and safety. Also the fact that it included a nice fitness suite.

Cons:

During my stay there were two wedding events. The wedding guests were making a lot of noise on residential floors where other guests were also staying: this was a bit disturbing as I was seeking some peace and quiet.
